I was scared as hell just did not let it dominate my day! We talked about it after my lift me and a few other lifters I was like man it is scary just being under 500 non the less with a hurt knee I was scared shit less LOL I told them if we don't fear the weight we are stupid, but if we can't let fear decide what we accomplish!

I had all kinds of pain today so I stopped the ohp as I was doing the 4th set of front raises I got a new pain so stopped them and went to lat raises made it through 4 sets and decided to just stop. Left wrist was not right and biceps were way too tight from 2 days ago then back started to hurt. Had wife elbow it for a few minutes but it feels like the muscle is all pissy I really stretched on the v rows and though I may have had a few over stretches and I am pretty sure that is what I feel today. Will be taking it very easy on squats tomorrow to make sure knee is all good, still a bit of an ache in both of them but the real pain is gone and the lump went all the way down.

That is all that went on today. Decided to skip legs my knees got a little sore from last night's jiu jitsu and being a week away from hurting one of them decided to play safe!
 
Smart thing brother . If u need a rest take it fk it u know when ur body needs it. Oh and Jiu jitsu is official . For what I've seen it's very technical and has to do with alot of momentum on strength . How long u been practicing

I have been practicing about 3 years teaching kids for the last year.

After counting it as I actually forgot..... I am on week 9 currently. I have now decided to add a little something and also go out to 16 weeks LOL Shit is about to go nuts!!! So what have I added you might think???

Staying with same amount of test just pushing it out to 16 weeks then tapering back to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose. :wiggle:

My back is out of place in a couple places I felt it last week but thought it was just muscles pissed off due to the meet after getting elbow abuse it eased up then re tightened so it is out of place I think in two places going to chiropractor today. Still had a good workout but bench felt like shit and the incline DB's nearly killed my shoulder on one side......
 
Great job, don't force ur back too much . Last thing I wanna hear is Ur back is f up. I hear Anavar (var) is the shit!
