G doing great ! How much do u rest in between sets? I've heard less rest is good.

It is according to what you are going after, if you are after strength longer rest is best if you are after muscle atrophy shorter are best. For me I am on most things after strength as I believe size will follow strength. For today's workout the biceps were done with basically enough rest to change out the weights it was horribly painful I was exhausted by the end.
 
This week is take it easy and relax 6 days til the meet! Might end up doing some slow cardio will be stretching and staying limber, hitting all 3 lifts on wed with light weight to keep blood in there!

Thanks Hockey! I will put up all my totals and video will will be taken I will probably edit the video to make it span the whole meet instead of putting up 9 different videos just make 1 that has all the lifts.

After the meet going to hit some power/builder type work. Heavy and lots of volume! up the cardio and see how large and shredded I can become!

Man I lost weight somehow weighing 228 in the morning and 232 evening.

Not going to mess with weight either whatever I weigh is what I weigh for the meet! I am coming in fed and happy LOL

good plan. what the cut off? are you close to 2 different weight classes?

I haven't powerlifted since i was a teen. was at 198
