First cycle test c a couple ph for kicker

I have been taking 500 mg of test 300 mg of tren a week in two shots and 50 mg of winni everyday i am haveing some bad chest pains and it didnt start untill i started the winni anyone had this issue i am stopping to see if the pain goes away

good plan. what the cut off? are you close to 2 different weight classes?

I haven't powerlifted since i was a teen. was at 198

Well i could even right now easily get down to 220.2 but I am just going to lift in the 242 class. I mean if I was elite going after records I could see dropping weight and caring about that stuff I just do this for me and I am happier not having to deal with BS like that just lifting and doing my best where I am.

People cut weight then gain it all back in 24 hours so then they actually weight more than they did before the cut. In a way it is like cheating because they are not that weight when they lift. :soap: I will get off my box now

What dark said! If this is your first cycle you are an idiot, if it is not you should know what each substance does and what is causing the issue. Why do people just put a bunch of drugs in their system without knowing wtf they are doing or what the compounds may do?? That is what gives steroids a bad name people that pull this shit then either mess themselves up or kill themselves by doing irresponsible things. Guess that was my second soap box in 2 posts LOL :soap:

Last touch of the weights

Hit all 3 lifts with 135 today just did 3 sets of 5 for each so it went somehting like this

Squat
135x5x3
Bench
135x5x3
Deadlift
135x5x3

Took less than 30 minutes the weight made me want more but did its purpose get some blood into the muscles and make me chomp at the bit even more so that Saturday I go ballistic on the iron!

My wife always videos for me at the meet, I do not get her to do pics any more as she will forget to video or she will leave the video on and then stop it instead of starting it long story she can do fine if I just have her video! LOL
 
hahaha that just happened to my wife when I got back home from RnR, she put me inside a christmas gift, then ring the door when the kids came out found the huge gift, guess what happened she took 3 pics and no video she left the cover of the camera on it, lmao
 
Another day off, these while I am catching up on sleep are starting to make me a bit achy I will need to really stretch tonight one more of these boring days and it is time to do work!

Meet results

So started the day off in a great mood went and ate come ihop to carb up then started drinking gatoraid. Had a blast and nailed the perfect meet all white lights all good lift and executed my plan to a tee. The only hitch came on my 485 it was super fast and I dropped the bottom out and then cam forward with my knees well after finishing the lift I felt pain on the bottom of my knee and it was sharp. I went and sat by my wife and explained what had happened and that I was not sure how bad it was. I massaged and probed it with my fingers then walked around. When it was my turn again I told the spotters I was going to walk it out to see if the weight was going to cause more pain and if it didI was racking it. It actually stopped hurting and I hit the 500 like a champ I was scared as shit and opened my stance a bit to take extra pressure off well it worked!

I gave what I had 2 days out from the meet I ran out of gas quick, especially with the higher reps. I did not expect to have a full out workout in me but thought I had more than I did LOL I really gave my all at the meet, this proves it as there is still not much left!
