Was so close on the 345 it was a grinder but I thought I had it but just could not lock out...... Still a good session and triceps got serious pump!

Before I post my workout I must say my fucking pin from sunday that was in the right quad hurt like shit today I could barely move my leg walking down the stairs and just bending the knee was tourture. Did it stop me hell no I threw my man card on the table and handled my business!
