Gw501516 log!

How did I not see this earlier?

Looking forward to this Zeek, I know it will be a great log.
 
Good log so far ZEEK. I'm also using AAS and ostarine so it was difficult to determine exact effects.

The good thing is that I have been reporting good endurance but didn't even put the two together. Lol. I was most interested in the effect on lipids but endurance is a great attribute. I've stayed very lean on a crappy diet, some of which I listed in my log but I have a lower dose of test, primo, and now mast along with Osta and GW. So far a great cycle with no sides at all and my bp has gotten better on this cycle.

Keep up the log ZEEK, you are my go to guy for someone testing a product because I know you will give 100% accurate detail whether good or bad. Thanks for taking advantage of GWP's offer and for logging this for us.

Today is day 7 and I'll be damned! I am a little leaner in the mid section. Diet is the same with no changes.
 
I hate to measure small variations since they can fluctuate but scale is down 4lbs. What made me notice was breaking out a pair of pants that got washed one time too many to do some painting and they fit comfortably. They were really tight!
 
Zeek, what kind of diet are you on?

I'm currently on the see-food diet. I see food and then I eat it ;)


Seriously, I'm on no diet right now Corvette. I eat like usual, which is a shit load, but i avoid junk food and excessive carbs.

I'm an old man now, the only time I try to lean up is during the spring for the summer some, after that I don't mind the bulky look. I'll be 50 on my next birthday.

HGH helps keep me around 14% eating everything in site with minor cardio. I've been off HGH for several months now though so chubbed up some this winter. Usually off cycle I run mid 240's right now sitting back at 262 as of this morning and off cycle.

Update:

I started GH releasing peps yesterday. I figured since they take many months to see results that it would not affect my experiment with GW501516 . There have been several guys that I had promised to run these peps and get blood work done so that is my plan for this week.

Running GHRP-2 at 100mcg 3 x per day

along with CJC-1295 at 100mcg x 3 per day.

Will draw blood on Friday and should have some results to share early the following week. Will be just taking the IGF-1 test and drawing blood 15 minutes or so post injection and again 3 hrs post injection since all the talk of the sudden spike. At the above dosages we should see a nice increase in IGF-1 levels

As for the GW501516. Still don't have much to report, sorry guys. Hopefully this next week brings the magic ;)

Edit : lowered my dosages on the peps to better reflect the dosages taken by most people before testing.

Dahurt I just bought what was on sale! there was no logic to the purchase ;)

I want to see what is up with these peps once and for all. Since I will be jumping back on HGH in early Feb this is the perfect time to do this. I am going with the high dosages because I want no excuses from myself if the test doesn't show something good. at those dosages if I don't have several hundred pt boost to IGF levels then the GH peps are simply not worth bothering with for me.

I just purchased 2x IGF-1 tests from saveonlabs.

First test I will do 15min post injection on Friday...trying to figure out the best time to do the second test on the same day.

What do you guys think? I want to give the peps every opportunity to have good showing. 1 hour post? 2 or 3 hours post?

Not to confuse this log for the guys following GW501516 I am going to start another thrread on the gh peps.

as stated, the peps should not affect the GW test since they take so long to kick in results wise.

I initially wanted to run this GW without any changes to my diet but as I am preparing my spring cycle and gathering all the various AAS there is one key part of the cycle that I have yet to secure.

A steady piece of tail! that being said, I do better with the ladies at 250 than at 262 so I I'm cutting 500 cals out of my diet per day.

I am getting leaner with a combination of changing my eating along with this stuff.

It's nothing earth shattering! This isn't clen or anything but at the same time it has no sides.
