Helladrol , N2Guard , HCGenerate and AMS Mass Drops / Epi 1 Test

I'm going to spread the HC Generate out to 5 weeks and will start it weeks 2-6 (just made the edit) thanks for pointing that out. And yes I'll be posting up a log as soon as my shit gets here , getting anxious over here!

Alright so I'm still waiting on my shit but should be here any day now. As of now I'm at 182lbs and been eating like a damn horse and sticking to my routine religiously. I did some GVT 10 sets of 10 with 60% of my 1RM to give my joints a lil break and also was interested in it, DAMN that shit is awesome, mostly did this with the big lifts like squats and bench etc. Got a great pump and felt it the next day. I was wondering whether or not to go big on cycle with 5x5 routine or save that for the PCT to maintain strength and gains, what you guys think?
 
I was thinking the same thing for the lifting routine as for my diet it varies and I don't really have control over what I get to eat for all 3 meals I am served but I try to pick what I need and also supplements for protein / calories etc. Gotta work with what I got, been working pretty good so far. Alright then got my shit in today but waiting for he N2Guard and HCGen to come in so I'll be standing by waiting until then, off to the gym!

Killed shoulders today weighed in at about 183 but it fluctuates a lb or 2 here and there so I will weigh in again right before I start my cycle. Gains are amazing right now on the AMS products , I def. see a HUGE diff. from when I started and I can't wait to keep the gains a coming! Going to post up some stats from my last workouts on each muscle group when I start the log so I can keep track of the strength gains. Again though if there are any suggestions to the cycle especially the PCT keep them coming so I can look into it and get the product here in time if I choose to throw it in, thanks again for all the advice and help I feel like this is going to be a pretty solid cycle.:biggthump
 
I am sold on the use of SARM's for PCT , I like the idea of keeping things somewhat anabolic during PCT to keep the gains coming. Looking to add OSTA or MK2866 into PCT. Most importantly I am very interested in the ability to help even heal joints since I have had surgery on my shoulder and it bothers me still. From what I hear SS has good products but I am open to other suggestions and if anyone knows of any deals going on or if any reps can shoot me a PM for a code I'd very much appreciate it , also suggestions comments and experience with this product will help as well. And lastly if I throw the OSTA into my PCT would 4 weeks of 25 mg ed be good and do I need to run anything afterwards even though it's not so suppressive. Sorry for all the questions but the SARMS are kinda new to me but have been reading really good reviews on them so going to try it out now.

Thanks for following bro I will be getting on the hella very soon and can't wait so I'll keep them coming! Shoulders used to be my favorite workout until my surgery a while back exactly why I just posted about that OSTA in PCT been reading interesting reviews on it and joint health.
 
Im running osta and GW in my PCT, pct is basically over i think im ending my 4th weak, sarms are awesome man, and from my experience Sarms Search IS the place to go, I was not pleased with other company experiences.

Day 1 was killer started my 5x5 routine and loving it, this is going to be a great cycle I can tell.

Bench:135x10 WU/ 225 (5x5)
Incline: 185 (5x5)
Decline: 205x5/x5/225x5/x5/x5
Cable Fly: 27.5x10/32.5x10/x10
Skull Crushers: 95x5/105 (4x5)
Weighted Dips:45lbs (5x5)
Tricep Pull Downs: 27.5x15/32.5x15/37.5x10
Tricep Push Downs: 72.5x9x10x9
Over Head Cable Extenstions: 27.5x15/32.5x10/x11

Work out was awesome and the numbers were basically trial and error trying to find the sweet spot. My weight is 180lbs after loosing a couple lbs. from being away for a while.

Yeah I know , it's going to be hard but I'm going to control myself in the gym once it starts to take full effect . Going to really focus on good form and slower reps. Anyways going to be away for a little bit but I'll update when I get back, keep lifting!
 
Alright day 5 today and killed it in the gym hit back and bi's . Only sides so far has been minor headache here and there but been upping the water intake and has been taking care of it, seriously need to be drinking water all the time every day! I will give a official weigh in at the end of each week but as of now I can tell you I have been already making solid gains and the scale is tipping in the right direction. Heres how todays workout went.

ABS
All in all it was a great workout pump was amazing and can already tell my strength is picking up a touch, sorry for the absence been away for the past few days.
