Helladrol , N2Guard , HCGenerate and AMS Mass Drops / Epi 1 Test

Today was Day 6 , the headaches have subsided and the pump feeling is starting to be more noticeable even when I am not working out. My back is WRECKED from the other days back workout , very sore I saw in some logs that they had the same soreness the first few days as well? Hope it doesn't stay like this too long b.c damn I'm sore! Anyways I will weight in tomm. did chest and tris today so no need to put up the numbers again but tomm. is shoulders and will log that workout. Routine was a lil. off due to circumstances over here but back on the routine, killing it! Also real quick just want to give a shout out to sarmssearch and the head rep here psizzle for helping out so much with my order of OSTA, they have amazing customer service and I will be logging the results of the OSTA during PCT , I hear great things! Thanks again!
 
Being sore as fuck is normal.
Make sure you drink water like a fish.

Not sure how I feel about Sarms during PCT.
I know a lot of guys use them, it just seems like an unneccessary risk to me.
 
From what I have been reading and with barnzy's log using osta in PCT keeps you anabolic not only keeping the gains but keeping them coming, I have never had any problems bouncing back even after 10 weeks of TEST E but of course i used serm. What really sold me is the positive effect it has on joints and I have a bad shoulder so staying anabolic + keeping the gainz coming + positive joint effects made me decide to go for it. I appreciate the advice nonetheless hopefully it will be yet another successful pct with osta involved.
 
End of week 1, I weighed in at 184 today so that is 4 lbs in one week. I feel like my strength should be up a bit more but the other day when I hit back I must have tweaked it and I was sore as hell most the week. I feel pumped all the time now it's awesome I worked out over 6 hours ago and still pumped from it. Also i'm much more vascular when I am just going about my normal business day to day which is awesome. So far I am happy with the results i have seen and it's only been 1 week, let the gainz keep coming!
DAY7 (shoulders and lats)
BB Shoulder Press:135x10 WU/ 185x5x5x5x5x5
Shrugs: 405x5x5/225x30x30(reverse)x30x30(reverse) *had to drop weight b.c of my back
Arnolds:50x10x10x10 (should I do 5x5's with arnolds? seems like it's better to do higher reps idk)
Front Raise (cable):7.5x10/10.5x10/12.5x10
Lat Pull Down:155x15x15(reverse)x15x15(reverse) *max weight for machine
ABS

Actually trying to get more... What kind of PWO supp do you use - if any?
Tried NO fury and Nanox9 with mixed results and Noxipro for the first time yesterday, which didn't do shit on the minimum dose. Will try again today with 2 scoops.
 
Yeah I love that shit my tri's felt like they were going to pop the other day. I usually have to use two scoops of w.e to get a intense workout but recently I used the C4 even though it's mass marketed it actually worked pretty damn good for me got some great pump off that. Right now I am using Super Charge Extreme 4.0 by Labrada which has been pretty good as well but more so for focus then Pump I feel like . Let me know how that Noxipro works out for you when you up the dose.
 
I'll hold off on judging Noxi until tomorrow. Back day wasn't the best first day to try it LOL.
Pumps were insane though. haha
 
I think c4 by cellucor has given me the best pumps I know it's advertised a lot and hyped up but honestly it works pretty damn good for me, I like to switch it up though so I don't build up a tolerance to it. Back is all fucked up today so going to take the day off unfortunately but rest is good just have to keep telling myself that lol.
 
Yeah, makes sense. Even if noxi ends up working well, I'll get a tub of C4 anyway, just to be able to switch it around.

Alright today was beginning of week2 and was my off day, much needed since my back got tweaked a lil bit the other day. I got a great sense of well being which is awesome , maybe it's the libido effect but w.e i'll take it. Nothing really to log, no sides anymore , feel great just got to get my back feeling as good as my head!
 
Someone posted a thread about Mesomorph from strongsupps , might be worth looking into but I personally never tried it. They say it's comparative to the original Jack3d and Craze.

Seems people want different things from their PWO.
I'm not looking for a high, I'm looking for pumps. LOL

Had to go a little light today got some fucked up feet from being away from a shower for so god damn long but either way it was a decent leg workout and my legs were tight as fuck by the end , been limping around today lol

Today was pretty good at the gym numbers went up a little ,still waiting for the full effect can't wait to see what hella can really do. I do have a good sense of well being i am not completely sure what to contribute that too. Haven't had any problems with lethargy yet either so hopefully it stays that way. Back started to feel a little tight today after my workout, waiting on my godamn taurine to get here.

Today was amazing I had to take the day off yesterday but I think it worked to my advantage, I killed it today just felt amazing. My strength and endurance is going up my overall well being is way up and hopefully when i weigh in at the end of this week the weight is still going up. Here's some stats from todays workout.
Day 12
