Helping my Dad!

I need some help on an issue my dad is having with his shoulder. My dad started working out when I was a little kid and hit it hard till he tore the shit out of his shoulder. Torn rotator, torn labrum, plus 3 bone spurs. They basically had to reconstruct the whole damn thing. He's been back at it for about 4 years now and hadn't had any problems with it till recently.

About 6 weeks ago his shoulder started bugging him. I figured it was just an aching joint so I suggest he try some deca. So he started a cycle of test 600mg/wk deca 400mg/wk. But since then his shoulder problems only got worse. He went to the specialist who said it's only an inflamed burr sack and suggested he just take some time off. My dad uses the gym as a stress reliever and the time off almost killed him. So now he pushes himself through the workouts and is in so much pain that it hurts me to watch by the end of every workout.

So my question here is what the hell can I do to help my dad. I was thinking about suggesting de since I've heard that can help heal injuries quicker. I've also thought about hgh but it's so damn expensive and It takes months to work. He has pain meds but won't take them cuz he can't shit. Any ideas would be much appreciated. He's 50 btw

Try GHRP a lot more econic than HGH. Same benefits.n I believe zeek had a shoulder injury. He might have some insight :).

H2G

Get the old man looking into HGH! at his age it will do nothing but improve his quality of life and boost his athletic recovery back down to when he was your age.

How old is he btw?

And by all means make him lay out of the gym for a couple of weeks, get an anti inflamatory from his doc.

I'm semi out of the gym right now with an injury also and I know what he is going through. I HATE not being able to work out and I've snuck into the gym a few times over the last few weeks.

So this is a case of do as I say and not as I do :P

He's 50 years old and prolly more stubborn than you Zeek! I've tried to get him out of the gym but he just won't have it. "My mental health is more important than this damn shoulder pain" he says haha. We've talked about GH and he would like to do it but I can't find an affordable price on the stuff. Would Ghrp and cjc work as a replacement or is it just not the same? I'm not sure if I can talk him into pinning 3 times a day either.

How much physical therapy did they have him go through post surgery? He may have some scar tissue built up that needs to be cleared out of there, ART or some sort of IASTM like Graston or ASTYM could help a lot.

Many guys use the GHRP and cjc combo in addition to HGH, a few others use it instead of HGH.

Somebody is going to have to show me some blood work and not just a chart from dats board before I fully believe that those peps can rival HGH. For now I feel they are useful but in no way can replace HGH.

He can get away with 1 kit per month running 4iu per day 6 days out of the week. That will go a long way in making him feel better and younger. It will also trim down some fat and provide all of the anti aging benefits.

peps alone are only slightly cheaper than say a kit of chinese generics. And while they have their issues with purity I feel it is better to use them than not to.

Jesus your a horrible son.

I had BAD !!! shoulder issues. Low weight, high rep, side raises seem to do the trick.

Something to do with the front delts being bigger than the rear, it pulls and doesn't allow for proper range of movement.

DOCJ- The surgery was about 5 years ago so I don't remember exactly all the therapy he went to but he did everything his doc recommended. These treatments look like something a chiropractor would do, am I correct?

Zeek- Is a kit 100iu? Sorry for the ignorance I've just never done GH before.

Coolhandjames- What makes me a horrible son? The fact that I'm searching and asking for ways to help my dad? Or because he's too stubborn to listen when I tell him to back off in the gym?

Kits can vary in how many IU...Most kits from china on the black market are 100IU kits though. You have to check with the source before you order.

I agree with Zeek,i dont know much about HGH yet,but i know about shoulder surgery, thats a wicked mutherfucker,im still recovering, its best to take some time off,and when and if he tries it the hgh will help heal him faster

About how much a month does it cost to run GH? Not trying to ask pricing on any products just trying to get a ballpark figure to give my dad. I can't tell him how much the whole cycle's gonna cost cuz that'll scare him away real quick.

Also does GH help all joints? He's been having issues with his knee getting stiff and swollen on leg days. Man getting old seems like it blows. I'm gonna start GH the day I turn 30.

I'm with Zeek, get him some HGH for Christmas, Jintropin, Hyge, Kig, or generic blues, just make sure your source is good (eroids dot you-know-the-rest)

I have however, pinned GHRP-6 into my arm where I had been having BAD joint pain for two months or so (elbow area, due to bad form) and damn if it didn't alleviate the pain almost immediately, and also permanently! I didn't even pin it into the joint, just into the muscle close to it.

So when people say pinning GHRP-6 is good for joint pain, it is no bullshit. In fact it should be marketed FOR joint issues.

Some chiros do those therapies but mostly PTs.

I think what your dad needs most is an MRI do he can find out the truth about his shoulder.
