Screw you jackass... now there is what I mean about smart asses... dumb fucks like that. You wanna know why I am posting in this forum... because it is the anabolic forum!!! And I am asking for advice about them!!! Think before you speak jackass. You guys are bunch of stuck up bitches.

Listen up small guy, you need to learn about training, diet, and the overall experience of bodybuilding long term, before learning about steroids. You cant know all about diet and training in 1 month of lifting a few light weights. Believe me, you have LOTS to learn about bodybuilding before jumping into steroids.

I still dont know why your posting in this forum? Did you not understand what I said? I said learn about everything else first, there is ALOT to learn, it takes years and years, believe me, I have been there.

I trained for 7 YEARS before I used steroids. I could not imagine considering steroids the first MONTH I started training. Weather you like it or not, bodybuilding is alot harder than popping a few pills and taking a shot in the a$$.

I did think before I spoke. Think before you post on the wrong forum jackass. No true bodybuilder thinks of steroids the day they start training, talk about a weak will.

OK.......everyone just chill the fuck out.

Elijah.........we are all just trying to help you.....but you obviously know everything already and are beyond help. I will not tolerate you name calling and acting like a child.

Grow up or get out...........

...........if you can't make that decision on your own, I am certainly able to make the decision for you.

Consider this your last warning !!

Elijah,

Dude Look! they really are trying to help. I was in the same boat as you about 7 years ago. In the early 90s I was 6'1" 136 pounds and some of that was bodyfat. You think I've got the name stick by accident? Its not because of my cock size or anything. Ok.. I trained on and off for several years but more seriously for the past 4 years. I spent a long time learning that its more diet than training. The diet forums are here are great. There are some other good articles on www.t-nation.com. Look in the frequently asked questions section for alot of good links on both training and diet.

Anyway.. I'm getting off topic here. I didn't touch Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) (thats anobolic androgenic steroids) until last year and I'm 34 years old. Before I went on gear I was at 194 lbs. and about 14% bodyfat.

We're really not trying to piss you off. You have enough naturally occuring testosterone in your body at age 18 that you really don't need steroids or the prohormone pills that are on the market. Most of us have to take injections to get the amount of test that you have occuring naturally. Don't waste it dude. Take advantage of it. Put the money that you would have spent on Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) and buy something else. Hell for the money that it takes to run 3 cycles with all the ancilliaries and stuff that you have to have you could have a smokin laptop computer or a complete home gym or enough protein powder to put on at least 60 lbs of muscle over the next few years.

Okay, first of all... I explained the reason I posted on this board, but this will be my last post on any of these boards. Second, I never said I know anything about training, obviously I know nothing... as you can see, another reason I came for advice. Then everyone had to start make smartass comments like "Teeeeeeeeeeeehehehe! You sound huge and ready for steroids! BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA ha ha ha......... " and yet everyone is still jumping on me for getting mad and saying a few words back" I am just gonna stick to working out and listen to you guys. Well you guys got your wish, I might come back in like 10 years when my testosterone levels are quickly diminishing.

We do not want you to stop posting here on steroidology bro. Some of us who have been here for a long time have seen so many guys your age jumping on steroids right away and not putting the effort in learning about everything else first. We are all trying to help you here, and we are glad you have decided to start bodybuilding the right way, hell you dont even need creatine yet! If you eat right and train hard you will gain lots of strength and weight in 3 years! I know we all respect you for your decision.

Sorry for laughing at you, but come on bro, working out for 1 month and one week is not enough to start using steroids.:D No hard feelings from me just so you know. NOW GET OFF THE COMPUTER AND START EATING AND TRAINING LIKE AN ANIMAL!!!!!!!!! NOW!!!!!!!! Also, start learning about all the different muscle groups, exercises, and food that you need to grow! 5-6 protein based meals a day, get used to it!

Yeah like I said... I am new at this shit so you give me a fucking break. I came for advice... not to get put down so if you have something bad to say, ... thanks so much iamcdn! For the rest of you... thanks for your advice as well.

Here is some advice:

Been training for a WHOLE month...and what is that supplement you have? Wow. Take that, and a mesotech shake everyday, and dont forget the muscletech stack and bro, you will be HUGE. Greg Kovacs got huge on anotesten, creatine and hydroxycut and so can you!!

Here is a secret for getting big:

Eat a tub of ice cream a day. The fat will turn into muscle.
Eat as much McDonald's food as possible. Chips are a good bulker, and cola should be consumed in vast quantities. Cookies are full of muscle-building enzymes and beta-stimulators.
Spend 40 percent of your income on those supplements, and believe the guy at GNC who doesn't look much bigger than you are now, but hey he has a kinesiology degree and knows what supps to take to get huge.
good luck, bro.

Well said G_M........:D

Now Elijah.....let's just put this all behind us. This is a great place to learn about training and diet, as well as AAS. By the time you are truly ready to do a cycle, you will have gained some very valuable knowledge that will surely be a benifit to you.

And bro, its fine to ask and learn about anabolics on here, hell its interesting! Just dont ignore the more important parts of bbing and you know what that is. And dont tak them until you HAVE learned alot about training, diet, your own body etc, and a few years of experience.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! And welcome to steroidology.;)

Alright, no hard feelings. My uncle has a ton of protein powder. He has whey protein and some other shit called Hot stuff, is there anything else on the market that doesn't taste so disgusting??? I try to eat a lot of protein, I eat a lot of chili because of the beans, and I usually eat a lot of nuts, I drink a lot of "cola" too, haha. Is it possible for me to see gains in a little over a month or am I just seeing things?

Do you have a site that shows all the different muscle groups, and possible a site that will show exercises I can do?

Sure! This one shows all the different muscle groups.

There are several places with different workouts. The best one I've seen is the t-nation site that I told you about above. The link is there. Go to the frequently asked questions section on that site. There are a dump truck load of diets, training programs, and general articles. Read all of them and you'll probable be one up on most of the trainers in your town. In case you still need it though here it is again.

happy liftin

Stickman

Just go to your local good book store and get the arnold encyclopedia, and some bodybuilding diet books. Also use the internet like google to find out more. And also this site etc.

Thought I would just post another site up there for you...might help ya plan a workout schedule and it will show you video clips on how to do the exercises properly....

www.fitrex.com

Fak was this post funny to read, as you can see you learned that hard way...but they went pretty easy on ya in comparisson to some bro's....so don't get all worked up over it. It's true if you would just eat more you will be amazed at the difference, but don't expect to see shit after a month, think more about how you will look in 1 year, 3 years, 5 years etc....this is a lifetime we're talking about. This isn't about getting huge overnight and then stopping and becoming another stat, some fat fucker on the comp or couch. Lifestyle means forever. Once these concepts sink in, you'll see the clear picture, but hey I know what's it's like...stick with it!
