ok cant figure out how to make a new post so i am tagging on yours, lol.. sus250 1.5 ml a week, eat good i run alot like at least 30 min a day at work and at least 3 miles a day at home. when i lift i lift heavy some days and light and fast others i just want about a 12 to 13 % bf i am about 18 to 19 now will it work or is my gear wrong.. not a body builder just a fireman that is getting a little older and wants to pull my shirt off and not be to self con. with all the younger fireman. dont need a six pack just want to look good any thoughts?
