how a bodybuilders fridge should look

ok cant figure out how to make a new post so i am tagging on yours, lol.. sus250 1.5 ml a week, eat good i run alot like at least 30 min a day at work and at least 3 miles a day at home. when i lift i lift heavy some days and light and fast others i just want about a 12 to 13 % bf i am about 18 to 19 now will it work or is my gear wrong.. not a body builder just a fireman that is getting a little older and wants to pull my shirt off and not be to self con. with all the younger fireman. dont need a six pack just want to look good any thoughts?

ill tell ya though.. gear is not whats gonna make u lose weight.. your diet is whats key.. but we'll get to that

breakfast= protien shake, or eggs
lunch= 8oz of beef or chicken and veggies
dinner= 8 oz of beef or chicken
i cheat a couple times a week on my lunch for mexican food you know how it is at the station. always shake after workout
i run 3 miles at least 5 days a week and lift as much as possible like 4-5 times
i went from 270 to 197 lbs in a year then got lazy and came back to 218 i have been hitting it hard the last few weeks and yes the gear wont help with weight loss but i thought it may help my bf% cuz all my cardio..

bud u did your bmr/tdee wrong.. also please post this in my free diet advice thread...
 
tell me what your bf is and ill tell u how much you have to eat.. if u wanna cut.. thats a diff story.. either way give me ur bf.. send me a pic or go to a gym and get tested... fyi electronic scales dont work

i hear this all the time, but if you took the money you spend on shakes and shit... and bought bulk whole foods like 3J is talking about, you'd be suprised how close to even you'd be.

Plus there are things you can do without in college if you wanna get jacked. Cable TV, fancy car, etc. If you got muscles and game... you can keep the pussy rolling picking em up in a Honda Civic hatchback.

Trust me, i did it for years. :D

Cool man. Thats really great for you that all you care about is pussy. Some of us are hitting the gym and eating right for reasons other than looking good for women....

we all know how important dieting is for body building.. or do we?

some people dont know how much preperation it takes to keep up with a good solid diet.. so i thought i would show u guys whats up..

in this picture is about 3-4 days worth of food for me
16oz sweet potatoe, mashed
16oz yams
6 servings of 8oz chicken breast with veggies (in tomato sauce.. recipe soon to come)
4 servings of 8oz ground turkey
5 servings of avocados
1 whole bucket of cottage cheese
1 whole bucket of hummus
a bag of ready made steak strips (they were on sale, couldn't help myself) they're about 6 servings per bag....
12 servings of my gf's red (tomato) brown rice (recipe soon to come)

It really is impossible to impart tone on a forum over the internet. I was not flaming the guy. I was merely stating that what he considered unreasonable expenses in college were considered unnecessary because they do not facilitate the "getting" of pussy...

I spend money on supplements, food, and AAS not to get pussy, but rather to better myself and stay in tip-top shape!

I have been spending a fortune on protein @ the grocery store...need to buy in bulk.
I have been getting slabs of london broil, and those single serving packaged perdue chicken breasts..and various different sources of protien... at least like $100 a week...sometimes..

its tough man.. if ur not careful u can spend up to 30 bucks a day just to feed urself.. buying in bulk is important
