How much can you bench press??

I wanted to put something in this thread so this is what I did today....

Flat Bench: 385lbs (smith machine-had no spotter).
Incline: 295lbs
Decline: 385lbs raw (not a smith machine-no spotter)
Dumb bells flat and incline: my gym only has 130lbs DB and I can throw those up 4-6 times without a spotter.
 
330lbs 10 times is my max.. i think that equate to 430 or something.. but i weigh 255lbs. so its not that impressive

Impressive by my fucking standards!

315 x 1. I weigh 230lbs.

And whoever said Squats aren't the king of leg exercises is very ill-informed. They're not just the king of leg exercises, but of all exercises. My bench just won't go up if I don't have a strong core, which I can attribute to my squat.

Not saying you don't have beast legs, but remember, body building is a combination of genetics, training, nutrition, and rest.

Genetics probably playing the most important role of them all.

i guess im late to the party....
3plates on the smith for reps, about 320-325lbs (3x10 approx), im on my first cycle right now, so its been getting easier as of late, im looking at maybe 365lbs for reps by mid cycle, especially when i add the Anavar (var) to the test.....
1rm i have no idea as i dont train for strength or big lifts, just as the size comes so does the strength, kinda opposite alot of guys strength leads to size methodology.
oh, 5'8 217 approx.

*i can do the same on incline, iv done incline 85% of the tim eover flat so im more comfortable

5 feet 9 198lbs 320x2 15% bf but that was my 5th set working down from 10. I dont like to max out because it kind of kills the rest of my work out, and at 198 i should be doing sets of 320 not maxing that but thats my opinion.
 
800 raw: no shirt, no wraps, no belt.
225 for 150 reps.
usually warm-up with 585 for 30 reps on a normal chest workout.
NFL erased my record at combine due to being suspected of using steroids. I'm all natural.

all natural best at 186 was 365
Currently on cutting cycle at 174 hitting 375 6 weeks into cycle..

Powerlifting for 5 years..
 
i have never maxed... only been weight training for about 5.5 months now ..

right now get on bench and do 5x5 @ 265 ... which is a monster improvement from 5 months ago when i started doing @185...
 
Think we should keep this post going as its quite interesting.

Max bench 253 x 4-6 @ bodyweight of 220, on cycle ( pretty pissy i know but got a crap shoulder, lol )


Off cycle 225 x 4-6 @ bodyweight of 200
 
Does it really matter? everybody is different? It's like racing worked honda civics against pro formula one. The playin fields are just not level. I bench as much as I can, there how's that?

if you got hot pussy watching you and you lift 350 i better lift 400 so to call the attention my way.

i dont really give a shit what i lift. i was lifting 405. not a hope in hell i can do that right now. 2 plates and perfect bar bending form is working a hell of a lot better for me.
