im def guilty of tiring out, actually been working on that.
330lbs 10 times is my max.. i think that equate to 430 or something.. but i weigh 255lbs. so its not that impressive
305 last time I maxed.
I wanted to put something in this thread so this is what I did today....
Flat Bench: 385lbs (smith machine-had no spotter).
Incline: 295lbs
Decline: 385lbs raw (not a smith machine-no spotter)
Dumb bells flat and incline: my gym only has 130lbs DB and I can throw those up 4-6 times without a spotter.
I think some of you are lying but I think some of you are not. Bench pressing is my favorite exercise to do.
