How to Suppress myself

Nitszo

Anabolic Wannabe
I have asked this before, but didn't get much out of your smart brains that you guys have.

I got a blood-test in one-week time.. I want to suppress-myself as much as possible to produce little to no Testosterone naturally.

Without going into detail, I am sitting on 300 right now, which is considered "normal" which is freaking low, to low for BB terms.

I have cut off all vitamins and any test booster or anything that might bring test levels higher

Ideas please? I heard staying up doesn't work

staying up might not work if its just the night before.

But treat yourself like shit for a week I'm sure it would.

Get drunk every night a few nights before it.

have shit sleep most of that week.

Surely that has to make some difference?

But dang.... 300 and you can't get help?

Find another Dr

I was 280.... (In Australia here) so its harder to get help anyhow.

Now I'm on 250mg test p/w, latest test I was 1300, day before injection.

Thats probably a bit high for doc though, he may reduce it too 200, possibly 150 with hcg, but w/e I'm happy to be in the 800 to 1,000 range.

Find someone decent, where you at?

so your natty T levels are around 300 or that's just how low you got it so far? seems to me your trying to do whatever to get on trt.

A lot of ppl here are on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) legit not just so they can be on test all year round.

im about to go on trt. i had a motorcycle accident where i had trauma to my testicles. noticeable atrophy in one. had low T for years because of it and only did two cycles because of the low T. didn't recover right from the last one and i follow a good post cycle therapy (pct) protocol. just got my blood taken Monday and the doc might put me on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) depending on the results. but the way i feel i know its coming back very low.

The Rules for Lower Testosterone

Number One: Eat a really low-fat diet. Studies show that limiting fat to 10 percent or less of total calories will take your testosterone levels right to the basement. You'll especially want to avoid monounsaturated fats, omega-3's and all those other pesky fats that keep your heart healthy and reduce inflammation. Who needs 'em?

Number Two: Don't eat protein. A study of 1,522 men ages 40-70 following low-protein diets had decreased testosterone and lower sex drives. Research also shows that athletes have higher testosterone levels when eating meat-based protein, so make sure to stay away from that. Remember, Tibetan monks live quite nicely on exclusively vegan diets. Of course, they also don't reproduce, but who cares?

Number Three: Don't lift weights. Who needs 'em? They only make you muscle-bound. Plus, they increase T-levels. According to William Kraemer, a well-known kinesiology researcher at the University of Connecticut's Human Performance Laboratory, weight lifting sets the stage for testosterone to act as a muscle builder. Who are the worst offenders? Big compound exercises that train several large muscle groups at once (squats, dead lifts). If you must lift weights, stick to the little "beauty bells", keep the weight to less than six pounds, and try to listen to the Carpenters Greatest Hits while pumping out sets of 20.

Number four: Try not to sleep too much. Testosterone, not to mention growth hormone, is produced during deep, restful sleep known as REM sleep. If you can just manage to wake up every few hours, or make sure you toss and turn a lot, or better yet, just sleep a couple hours a night, you'll be sure not to be raising either hormone.

Number Five: Drink up! Alcohol can definitely inhibit production of testosterone, not to mention what it can do to performance. Think: "I don't know, honey, this has never happened before. Must be the booze". 'Nuff said?

I hear a shot of Deca does wonders in this department.

this is awesome

spend a couple hours flicking your nuts with a metal spoon with rubber band tied off around your sac. Do this day before blood test, levels should be down!

My natty levels are 300 completely.
I have not tried to lower my levels at all, yet.
If I had deca id shoot 100mg 24hours prior to test

I am not sure about you guys.
I cant trash my body or drink for a week or not go to the gym, its an obsession.

I hear if you ask your significant other to donkey punch you in the testicles this helps lower your T levels. Maybe you could bang your head against the wall several times in hope of cracking your turkish saddle and dismantling your pituitary.

But no one here is suggesting you do this because it is not right. Your levels are already low and you should already qualify for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) if you have a doctor with half a brain. The fact that you repeatedly ask to do amoral things on our testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) forum is a bit disconcerting to me, especially when you already have a low T level and should qualify for treatment with the right specialist that knows what he is doing.

Most of these are jokes because people in the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) forum aren't generally going to condone you suppressing your natural levels to get on TRT. Don't be stupid. If your levels are that low and you truly need it then you just need to find the right doctor to work with you.
