I think it is very important to have all the pieces of the puzzle together. I understand the point behind wanting to get clean whole food. Unfortuneately im just not going to spend the money on it. or the supplements. there are the main ones i take that everybody should but i dont take anything else. vitamin, b complex, glut, bcaa, protein.......thats the extent of my supplements, if i want a pre workout boost i will just shoot some suspension fuck N O. you want some NO then just run some test, afterr all thats one of the main things it does.
I have to whole heartedly disagree and agree with this thread. On one side i totally understand the point of too many compounds in a cycle and that most people under eat before during and after a cycle. Most people use way more shit than they need to.
then on the other side i see people telling others not to cycle at 20% or they will get fat and grow titties. That is a crock of shit. my first cycle started at like 17% and i did nothing but lose on the waistline and add to the shoulders. One of the reasons for this is there are more androgen receptors in the upper body than the lower, so AAS users tend to grow disproportionately unless the work their legs correctly.
I think a lot of people forget how important genetics are. For instance I am an endomorph. I have some belly fat. not at the top of my abdomen but at the bottom. its not much but it looks like a fucking bicycle tire around my belt line. Now people are going to say welll your diet isnt right and all this other shit. Well here is the truth, I have to work and diet 2x as hard as most people to get that 6 pack. because i naturally hold fat there. My quads are the exact opposite, no fat there whatsoever and they are naturally big and strong. so its just not in the cards for me to have a six pack, because im not willing to eat chicken and rice for a year to get rid of it, im just not. so lets say i did get rid of it, lets say i worked my ass off and after a year it was finally gone. then what? I got to be miserable for the rest of my life to hold on to that six pack? for what? some dumb ass bitch at the beach, so she can like the way my abs look? fuck her if she dont like big guys then i will have her friend suck my dick.
now on the opposite end of the spectrum every one always says, i cant gain weight i cant get bigger, well i dont have that problem because im naturally big. i can gain weight just by eating more, and i can gain a ton by eating more and running some deca.
so yes i cycle, and yes i cycle with 15% BF and i dont beleive we should tell others that do not have naturally lowfat bodies not to cycle. there is a difference between someone who is fat and someone who is big and strong and tends to hold fat.
