jt he did pretty good. he got 3rd in the Pbars, 5th in rings and 10th overall. he bobbled on floor which may have cost him....well he may have came in 1st overall, but we'll never know. He is happy though.
 
That's cool, as long as he enjoys it and it sounds like he does. Oh BTW, got my Inzer Wrist Wraps in, these things rock!! And the t-shirts fit great for workoing out or just casual wear.

Cool. I got mine Monday. along with my shirts. They do fit good. The wraps are great. I can see now how they will help on heavy bench.

I wasn't feeling well today, diet has got me tired as hell. Legs didn't feel good at all since playing softball last night, I may have to retire to save my training career:)

Just found out today I have to go out of town on Friday for 10 days. I was hoping to video a set of deads on fri or sat but it's looking like that's not gonna happen. Hopefully i'll be able to hit them sometime this week. Now just gotta find me a good gym out on the West coast, something tells me this won't be a problem:)

LOL....i'm just messin, i'm not that conceited:) That is the truth, though, when you get that ring they just can't stand it.
 
Just a quick update for my good bros, as you may know I had to unexpexctedly go out of town yesterday and i'm currently working 18-20 hour days so my diet is not the best. If I can make it though the weekend I should be able to get back on track next week. I'm going to try and make it to the gym sometime this weekend for back/traps.

Went in last night and hit a little back:) I could have done more but they had these octagon shaped weights that weren't round, so every time I came down, they would shift forward or backward and it sorta threw me off.
