Yeah, i've stuck to the diet the last 3 days and it's paid off. I've got veins popping up in places I never have. My bi's and forearms were crazy today.

Lookin good. I need to start shredding some bodyfat big time to get ready for the beach for sureee :D

Keep up the hard work!

Thanks winter. I've got a trip to Florida the week of July 4th. I'll probably be in the best shape ever at the beach this year, but it doesn't really matter for me b/c i'm married...lol:) I still like to look good and maybe get some looks from the hotties:)

Just ordered some Inzer Wrist Wraps for those heavy chest days. I wonder if those knee sleeves might help when pulling some heavy deads??? I do get a little knee pain.

i been getting a little wrist discomfort on heavy sets of bench and decline. think the wraps help with dat?

I know 69 and PB as well as the other heavy lifters use them. It really couldn't hurt, ya know, for those really heavy sets.

I searched a while and found where PB said the 12's were too short and the 36's were too long, he said the 20's were just right so that's what I got.

no problem t, i'm looking forward to trying them out. The other day on Incline DB press, those 105's got kind of wobbly by the 9th and 10th rep and my wrist was aching a little. I wanna bench some big numbers and I think I can make some progress with this low volume work, I just hope my shoulder holds up, the darn thing.

Wrist wraps are great. Now that I'm using DBs a lot I really need them.
