inzer wraps are great!

I am going to buy elbows sleeves aswell....although (knock on wood) i have not had any elbow pain in a while since i started listneing to my body and taking breaks when needed.

Not to mention i havent done any skullcrushers in 2+ years.
 
I think I'll be putting in some bentover rows instead of deads this upcoming week as well. & I'll be waiting for that vid bro.

Yeah, 202.5 again this morning after breakfast and a couple bottles of water. I can see my abs but i'm still holding some fat/water around my spare tire area. I'm getting leaner everywhere else, nice seperation going on in my quads now. I think my stomache will be last place it comes off. I estimate bf% to be in the 12 percent area, but it's hard to tell with this water i'm holding.

Heavy ab work and rotator cuff work, 12 minutes of cardio. Messed up and ate pizza last night...lol...weight today was 204, shooting for 201 by the end of the week.

if you don't start using the 120 DB soon for your incline work i'm dis-wning you...nice work by the way...and pizza is good..last friday i ate all but 2 slices of a 12 inch thin crust ultimate supreme and a side of bonelss wings..by myself...lol

P.S. don't tell "T" i ate all that by myself either...

after my sons state gymnasics comp last sunday, well, he got to choose the place to eat at.

He chose this new place called Double Daves Pizza. It is an all u can eat buffett.

i ate a little pizza and garlic spinach cheese bread! it must have been low cal cause of the spinach right? ok ok i ate alot of pizza and garlic cheese bread.

actually you know bro, i don't know entirely what i am...i know my great great great grandmother was full blooded cherokee indian..other wise i am just a mutt..my wife how ever is some thing like 40% Italian and a few other things..i need to do a geneology i think...

well then you are at lest 20% italian (cause your wife is your other half).

i am also a mutt. i have indian in me too.;but mostly i don't know what kind of mutated species i am.
