Calf Raises on Machine Leg Press (15 seconds rest in between sets)

Seated Calf Raises
150 x 25

150 x 22

DB Curls
50 x 8
55 x 8
60 x 6

EZ Bar Curls
85 x 12
115 x 10
115 x 10

30 minutes on treadmill, 3.4 mph at a 12.0 incline.
 
wow!!! solid!!

damn how I wish I could do them curls like that..been having a hard time with those..especially after heavy back works x.x
 
Thanks tman!! I like this light workout, get a good pump in the bi's and calves and then hit a little cardio. Plus I like seeing those new veins in my calves:) I hope they hang around, I guess it depends on how lean I stay. And since calves are a lagging bodypart of mine, I can hit them fresh now, instead of after quads.
 
Did 55 minutes of cardio today, treadmill at 3.4 mph, 12.0 incline. Heavy ab work and rotator cuff work. Got a cramp in my glute right now that is absolutely crippling..lol....my Taurine should be here tomorrow.

you are doing great with the cutting. seem very dedicated. it is not easy, good job.

drinking enough water?
 
Thanks t, yeah i'm drinking bout 2 gallons a day. Here's is a quad shot to show how i'm getting a little seperation and getting leaner.

JT your right leg still looks slightly different than your left leg. They look good, just saying there is a difference. Mine are different too, but from past injuries.
 
Looking good JT. How's the calves feeling after the treadmill w/incline? That always makes my calves burn. I can't imagine doing that after calves.
