Thanks t, they're right at 28...lost a little size since I started cutting.

And you're right, my right leg does look different, never had an injury...maybe I just favor that leg more.....dunno.

Vendor, they were burnin' big time after the treadmill work....my legs tend to give out before my cardiovascular system during cardio.

Ok...here's a front shot, but remember, this is totally unpumped, flat, on about 50g of carbs a day...plus i'm holding a little water and the flash and lighting took out some of the cuts...ok, enough with the excuses..lol:)

JT you look great! even flat you have good shape to your shoulders, arms traps look good back there. looks like you getting pretty lean. Damn impressive brother.
 
Thanks a lot t!! Here's what I looked like 5 months ago, talk about a fat ass...lol...don't laugh:)

I've made decent progress and my strength has improved, plus i've learned a lot more about training, and how my body responds to certain diets.

Most importantly i got to know what that thing behind you is with the green thing sticking up.

Nothing to laugh at. You looked pretty good then. you worked hard and improved yourself. I respect that. great progress man. you do look great. Really nice stuff. That kinda stuff motivated me. thanks!

Bwhahahahahaha....lololol..OMG...that's the scratch thingy for the cat that never really gets used, he'd rather sharpen his claws on the new couch.

That means a lot, and I owe a good bit to you guys here in the training forum. I've pushed myself harder in order to post better #'s here and that's made a huge difference. Props to you good bro's:druggie:

you looked good durring bulk. Just like BBer should look durring the offseason.

Now you clearly leaned out and still look great!

your progress helps me as well because it seems all of us ova here motivate each other.

I am weigin in, in about 2 weeks (that would be 4 weeks into my heavy session) I am not goin to lie I am nervous and hope it doesnt say 102lbs lol. I feel i have been able to hit the legs hard even though i have been injured and think my legs are growing a bit, but in a differnt way cuase i am doing higer rep stuff if that makes any sense :-0
 
Thanks bro, I don't mind holding some water and putting on weight, especially when strength is going up. I can't wait to be up around 220 again, hopefully much leaner b/c i've really just learned how to eat within the last year, and that's 90% of the game.

I hear ya, you can still make quality gains without going real heavy. How old are you again. 20? You've made amazing progress for being natty, I wish I had.
 
yea its nice to have people that make you want to push yourself...haha most of the time everyone around us get frustrated with the amount of time we put into this shit... cooking, eating, lifting, resting, cutting, bulking.... but on here everyone lives that life or at least tries to so its kinda homely to talk to people on here...sounds kinda gay but yea!
 
FUCK!! you have learned alot aobut dieting....ill put my lifes saving that when you smartly bulk up you will be muuuuchh leaner!!

Oh yeah man you are looking MUCH better. You looked good before but the improvement is great. Looking forward to the final pics!
