500 x 1<<<---PR...grip was starting to go, I go it up but didn't hold it there long.

Working on the video right now, it ain't too purdy, but I got it up, no straps...only gloves and no chalk to it's tough to hang on to. I need to work on my grip, too. Weight is at 194lbs.

thanks evan, it helps me get under it a little better. Most powerlifters just wear some type of slipper which is similar to barefeet. Tennis shoes normally have a rasied heel which puts you a off balance and leaning forward from the beginning. You want to be stable with the weight on your heels.
 
That is an awesome PR JT. You handled that weight nicely. With straps to assist you, you can pull even more. You look great too!!
 
YEAHH BOYYY nice job on that 500! :) It looked like you could've definitely put more weight on that badboy, for sure. I'm thinkin another 20-40lbs. The 500 came right off the floor real fast and you got it.

Thanks t, I wasn't really into it honestly. I was still a little sore from quads and hams but I wanted to try it. I'm gonna stick with 2 hard working sets for the next 4 weeks, then maybe try 550.

LOL...yeah, I gotta get pumped up for it:) I'm only about 5'11"....maybe I grew a couple of inches the last couple of weeks:)

Still sore from Back last Saturday, so I decided to take it easy today.

Hack Squats (deep)
275 x 5
275 x 5

Leg Extensions
175 x 12
175 x 12
175 x 12

Leg Curls
100 x 12
115 x 10
115 x 10

Normal Calf work-10 sets with 15 seconds rest in between.
