Thanks a lot my good brolies, thinking about scrapping this cutting BS. Man, it's tough, been at it for 12 weeks now, lost 23lbs, about 6 pants sizes....i'm still not 100% happy with my midsection, but this crap is getting to me....I don't know, had a cheat meal today, some boneless wings and it felt good to eat what i wanted for a change. I know, i'm rambling but I need to talk about it...lol.

I've got 2 weeks until my first beach trip then my second one is July 4th, so i'm thinking about just maintaining what I have now until i'm back from the second one. My goal is to bench 4 plates by Christmas and i'm not getting there any faster on 2000 calories a day.

Midsection is very hard to cut. It's sad that we need to see everything shrink before having nice and lean abs. Congrats for your dedication.

nahhh keep cutting my man! Your gonna put the size back on, probably much faster than you think... i say you make your goal, never settle! Ill bet the main reason your mid section doesnt look like you want is because your holding alotta water and you have sodium in you.
