JT190's Training Log

Copenhagen helps with the cravings...but you guys might not be a country ass mofo like myself:)

Winter, not sure but i'm always very vascular after tanning...maybe the heat brings the blood to the skin.

I'm on the verge..LOL, but jeez...I had veins crawling all over the back of my triceps last night after getting out of the tanning bed, never had that before. It's working right now, i'll stay here for the rest of the week and see how it goes.

twins you say, and what state is this? lol

LOL...this was in Mississippi on the Miss. State campus. My buddy used to manage an apartment complex there for the past 3 years, but just took another job and I drove over and helped him out.

Mull, it was good bro, beer and good food, but I can't do it for long.

Angry, I do them on the seated leg press machines, not the actual leg press where you load it down with 45's. It's a lot easier this way for me.

i like the seated leg press machine for my 20 reppers i plan on switchin to regular leg press and seated every otehr week

how long did you do the 5x5 for? I thought that was a lower volume routine.

I stayed on it for about a year, made some good progress. 5 heavy sets of 5 isn't really low volume work. 2 heavy sets of 4-6 reps on compound exercises is. Just be careful not to overtrain on the 5x5 routine, it's somewhat easy if you're not running any gear.

335 x 3

Leg Presses
8 plates x 20
8 plates x 15

DB Lunges
30's x 10

Normal Calf work - 10 sets and 1 set of DC Calves
