Just be careful. mexico was alot of fun. We all had a great time together there.

Thanks 69, i'm still really lean, just fuller and more hydrated with the additional carbs. Cals are probably around 4000, with 400g of protein.

My diet for the day:

7:30am - 50g whey / 2.5 servings oats / 1 large banana

11:00am - 2 Turkey sandwiches with double meat from Potbellies / 6 Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies

3:00pm - 50g whey / 2.5 servings Oats

6:00pm - 3 large chicken fajitas from La hacienda with refried beans

2 more meals to go, hoping to get in a training session in about an hour, heavy deads:) I would like to get in 7-8 meals eating every 2 hours and maybe a little cleaner but my schedule isn't great right now. Meetings lasting 2-3 hours, couple weeks and i'll be back on schedule.

Careful those low reps deads don't get you burned out or hurt. 505 is nice bro. I'm looking tohi the 500 mark. Just switched to convo. We'll see how things go.

Thanks Angry and 69.

Rocco, I hear ya bro. I don't normally go that heavy on a regular basis but i've got a little comp coming up in about 10 days and had read to do low reps and heavy singles to prepare. I don't like pulling that heavy all the time b/c it's a little too close to my max. I think i've got another 20lbs in me at the least.

next time, go heavy...and drop the load down to the floor like you're the most biggest guy in the gym. funny...i'm not allowed to make loud dropping noises in our gym...mostly the rack pulls, deads and Db presses. it's like school all over again. where in the world would you see someone very slowly and carefully lowering the bar while deadlifting 300+ ??

What does the comp consist of. What weight class and which lifts will you compete in?
