Thanks IM, little dissapointed I couldn't work the 350, but my cals have been low for a while which has killed my strength. I'm right up there around it, though.
 
You coulda got the 335 easy I bet if you didn't kill yourself on the 350.

Low cals will do that to a man. That's what ephedrine is for though :)

How long did you rest between 315 and 350?

I waited about 3-4 minutes.

I only did them for two weeks, but I think they helped and could really make a difference over a longer period of time when combined with board work. My shoulders like them, full ROM every week has been killing them.

IA said recently that all the shoulder injuries he's seen have been from heavy benching week in and week out with a full range of motion. There's a lot of truth to that, plus the rack and board presses make you stronger. It's crazy not to do them now that I think about it. It's just tough for me b/c I can't take boards on the road with me and don't always have a good spotter.

Yeah, the most i've ever done is 335 and that was 25lbs heavier. The only reason I went ahead and tried to hit 350 is b/c we have a board up at the gym with the top 5 in each lift. I'm currently 4th at 335 and this douche who comes in Jan. - Sept. and runs a big cycle just for the summer is at 345. So I wanted to bump his ass, oh well, a few more weeks maybe.
 
Tell that douche that he aint a real gym rat . yuo will hvae him beat in noe time
