Mulls, it's a dead/bench/squats comp my gym is holding. They take your total weight lifted and subtract your bodyweight. Everyone is in the same class.

Flat Bench Press

Side Lateral Raises
20 x 12
25 x 10
15 x 15

Rope Pressdowns
130 x 20
150 x 15
150 x 15

Squats -still sore from deads so i took it easy
225 x 5
275 x 5
315 x 5

Usual Calf work.

Got a new promotion at work that I really didn't want. I'm now managing two of my close friends and there's some resentment with one of them. If he's a true friend, he'll be cool with it. Anyway, just trying to get everything in this week so that's why this workout is all over the place.

LOL...thanks t. Things are going well now, just swamped right now. I'm taking the week off b/c i've got that little comp on Saturday. Just trying to eat like 69:)
