jumping on the slin wagon

my father eat 1/2 gallon of ice cream a day and diabetes dont run in the family he became one from his diet. ive been reading mixed reviews wether prolong insulin use can bring on diabetes


You will notice that none of these "reviews" that warn that insulin use can cause diabetes have any basis in fact. There is not a single documented case of insulin use causing diabetes. On the other hand, there are thousands of bodybuilders that have used insulin without becoming diabetic.

I'm not selling insulin, just keeping it real.
 
Humalog Cycle

After a ton of reading I recently have tried out Slin use. Currently i'm at 10iu after working up from 2iu taken post workout only. I'm 5'10.5 starting at 230. After a month I'm sitting at 240 and fairly hard. This is in conjunction with Test and B12 shots. I've always been more beefy but after the slin use i have viens in my quads/chest etc which is something I only see dieted down. The weights have all increased along with great pump. Now I understand that this stuff is dangerous but I try to stay with the proto mapped out with the sugars/carbs/protiens etc. I also use a BG monitor and check at various points.

I guess my question is where do you go from here? I'm wondering how others are cycling slin use. I'm looking to add more size and possibly hit the stage again next year.

april 26 weight still the same dieting hard viens realy popin 11iu post work out with proper slin protical fat dropping muscles full
 
yea ill consider it , i really don't know what the slin is doing besides force feeding my muscle, im pumped and dropping a lot of fat, i was actually 4 lbs litter today . ill tell you 10 iu really is starting to look small to me , what benefit do you think doing 10 iu in the morning will do for me. Remember I am dieting hard, doing 1100 mg of test and 400 mg of tren.
 
the best way to get the max effect of slin, is if you do 3 doses a day, i personally do 10iu 3 times a day, for a month, then off for a month then on for the last month of my cycle, with very clean diet. works wonders, i have done everywhich way possible and this makes the biggest difference for me atleast. i have gained the best with this method. my 2 cents
 
i did slin pwo 10 iu for around a month and noticed a fuller appearance and much bigger pump. I wanted to start taking in the morning but wasnt sure on the proper way to do this before or after breakfast
 
if you are using Humilin R, which is the shortest acting after humalog, i will usually take my shot then eat my meal, it takes about 45 minutes for me to start acting, so i never had problems, sometimes i even wait till insulin hits me then i eat twice as much, i know its not good to that, but when i cant just eat anymore, it does wonders,
 
yeah i never really knew when to do it because i eat oatmeal for breakfast carbs i have a supplement called ultra fuel for pwo carbs. next time i run slin i will try morning use
 
you will see great results, if you do 3 shots a day :) make sure you eat alot and clean, and you will gain some serious mass.
 
proper way to take slin

i've tried an 8 week insulin cycle a year ago. I basically took it after my workouts(10iu's) and then within 15min. drank a dextrose drink or a can of pepsi(yeah i know it's not the ideal drink). I took it only once a day after my workouts. In total, I only took 4 shots a week(which were the days I trained).

Any comment in regards to the way I should take slin(humulin R) the next time?

Should I take a dextrose drink(kool-aid with at least 60g of dextrose) post workouts? Then should I take a high protein meal after an hour? Does that sound good or is there something more optimal?
