I have been taking it for several months. I don't know if I take enough during the day though. I take one in the morning, one at lunch, 1 before workout and 1 before bed.
Is this even enough ?
Also, for those women that have taken Bridge...did it give you an upset stomach? I only took it one day and did not feel well at all, and was scared to try it again.
And should you only take it off cycle? Or can you combine it with cycles?
