I have been taking it for several months. I don't know if I take enough during the day though. I take one in the morning, one at lunch, 1 before workout and 1 before bed.
Is this even enough ?
Also, for those women that have taken Bridge...did it give you an upset stomach? I only took it one day and did not feel well at all, and was scared to try it again.
And should you only take it off cycle? Or can you combine it with cycles?
I would try taking two or three in the am, then two or three more pre and post without. I have never heard of any stomach issues with Bridge at all.....

I also have never heard of stomach issues with bridge. I would def. say to take it with a light snack and see if that alleviates the issue.....or maybe it was just a fluke deal?
