Week 1: 50mg Test Prop ED
Weeks 2-12: 150mg Test Prop EOD
Weeks 2-12: HCG 200 i.u.s 2 x per wk
Weeks 2-7: 100mg Tren Ace EOD (will bump the dosage up to 50mg ED after first week)
Weeks 8-12: 100mg EOD Masteron
.5mg adex eod
Current Stats
Mass: 205lbs w/ approximately 14% bf
Strength: 185lbs Bench, 245lbsx10Squat, ~225lbs Deadlift
Goals
Gain 10 pounds of Solid Muscle (15lbs total)
add size to quads, calves, delts & traps
Strength Gains: 10-15% of 1RM
Fat Loss: 2%
Cardio 40-60 mins EOD
Diet
4,000-4,200 calories ED (currently maintaining on about 3,200-3,500 ED)
Planning to do carb cycling 3 days low 4 days normal
Training
Day 1: Quads, Hamstrings, Calves
Day 2: Chest, tris, Forearms,
Day 3: Abs, Calves
Day 4: Back, Biceps, ,
Day 5: Shoulders, Traps, Calves
Day 6: Triceps, Forearms, Abs
Day 7: OFF
just finished 2 weeks of clen and T3 lost about 2 lbs and can see my abs again. Still a lot of fat around the waist & chest... Got the BF down from 15% to at least 14%, maybe less. I'll test it next week.

Injured my elbow flexors showing off at the jungle gym/ rings at the beach so just doing legs for the next week. Hoping that the test will help me recover quicker.
