Lmfao! Dave Palumbo gets 400 mg Test + Dbol prescribed as TRT.

Lol if those dosages are real he says in the video I guess it is cool that he brings the information to be able to get in contact with that lab to the community.

400mg test and 200mg deca every week. I wonder if this place actually prescribes these doses or if they're doing it just for Palumbo and his video.

I loved how the nurse just blindly sticks him with a B12 shot not even knowing the dosage.

My lord, I had to watch this video to make sure OP wasn't fucking with me. I have a feeling doctors practicing in the U.S. should be weary of publicly saying they prescribe 400mg of TEST A WEEK! There just isn't something right about the "doc" saying he'll up his dose from 100mg e10d to 400mg/week and check his levels from there. Unless this guy is immune to testosterone his level will be ~2500-3000. With 200mg Deca/week added on, this guys weekly hrt regimen is heavier than my first cycle.

The best part of this video was when Dave said, "400 a week... I know myself, I think I'd feel great on that." If only getting narcotic painkillers were this easy: "Yeah doc, this 10mg of oxy isn't cutting it... but I know that 40mg would do the trick, oh and throw some heroin in as well (compared to the deca)."

I seriously would like to know how a doctor could have a practice like this, advertise publicly, and not be at extreme risk of losing his license.

400mg test + 200 deca lol, "soothing" I'll bet, a little excessive on the doses. For someone with low SHBG like myself, 250mg Test per week has me at 2200ng/dl 7 days post injection so... Obviously everyone mileage will vary, but regardless 400mg Test itself is excessive and 200mg deca as well, 200mg test+50mg deca would be more suited IMO.

"I'm excited about that"... Fuck who wouldn't be excited at getting 400mg T+200mg Deca, pharm stuff, without even having to ask lol

Yeah dude. My point was that 99.9% of guys would be AT LEAST at 2500-3000. This doc is coming off as if his goal is to put him in the normal range for trt...

Dave says torwards the end he was only planning on using 200mg Test a week anyway, much more suitable. But yeah I guess it's better than getting no T at all if you really needed it.

Lmfao, i died when i heard him say 400 mg a week. I was like wait...what?! Doctor prescribed year round steroid cycle, with AI, HCG, etc. All pharm grade. Holy fuck LOL

I had a hrt doc (female) who used to prescribe me the exact test dose at 400mg/week. After I moved, best I can get now is 200mg/week. The "typical" family practice doc sadly wants to do 200mg every three weeks, which is NOT effective due to blood levels spiking, then plummeting.

Every 3 weeks...that sucks bad.

Yes, that's because med schools spend a whopping four hours (half a day) on this subject. Couple that by the fact that the average family doc is already scared of the Feds, and test doses are a joke. If a guy is serious about getting the CORRECT trt, they need to visit a hrt specialist, or endocrinologist.

You're best bet is an anti-aging clinic( like the video above) but damn! if i needed TRT, a plane ticket and an appointment with that doc would be in my foreseeable future. Haha! Ai? Sure bro. Hcg? we got that. A little deca for your joints? No problem sir. This is priceless :dance2:

I'm sure the tri-state area has plenty of anti-aging clinics and at least a few decent ones. I've seen ads for a few around but i can't vouch for them. From my knowledge, anti-aging clinics are more liberal with their doses, less strict about their minimum levels to qualify for HRT, more knowledgeable about the endocrine system in relation to well-being, aging etc. I think the catch is that they are more expensive than an endo(most suck anyways)

Btw, I'm not slamming Dave for being "small." He's got good bp, a good resting heart rate, and looks healthy. I've met him numerous times at the Arnold, and Olympia years ago, and he was always one of the nice guys in the game.

Yeah, i really like his attitude. Nobody can argue that he doesn't know his stuff and he used to be huge. Didn't have the best genetics, but amazing knowledge of compounds. I'm sure if he wanted to, he could be walking around a monster. He's retired though, and staying involved in the sport indirectly. You can really tell he has a passion for it, guy is always fucking smiling :dance2:
