Plan is Lean Bulk
I would like to add some lean muscle without getting fluffy.

Cycle is:
EP Test C 500mg a week (1.2ml-1.3ml Twice a week)
EP Deca 400mg a week (.8ml Twice a week)
EP Boldenone 500 a week (1ml Twice a week)



First pins were Nov. 4th and 5th.
I also have some other products coming that I will include in this log.

Lying leg curls 4x15
Hack squats 2x20, 2x15, 2x12, 4x6, dropset 1x12/12
Leg press 1x30, 1x25, 1x20, 3x15, dropset 1x20/15/20
Leg extensions 1x20, 3x12, dropset 1x10/8/8
Seated calf raises 1x20, 3x15, dropset 1x10/10/10

Was having a decent day, got to the gym. Came home put up some christmas lights.
Watched some football.
Eating decently, maybe a little too many fats and then my wife calls me to dinner and this happened:

Arm Day in the garage.
Took about an hour.
I did 6 exercises x 100 reps.
Did them in kind of rest pause fashion, as many reps as possible / rest 15-20 secs then repeat until I reached 100 reps.
Pump was great.

Hell, we're both 70lbs heavier than push. You should be at 5,500 for the rest of your cycle. I'm off cycle and trying to keep it to 4,500 but sometimes I go over.

No shit??! Damn dude I thought I was eating more than an elephant already. Can u give me some ideas on how to get more clean cals in I'm eating every 2 hrs 3 dick shakes per day with the mct oil I'm not sure what else I can get in there
