Loving the back pumps of dbol!

Your routine is alright/okay.... The problem with it is if you miss one day say wednesday, you miss out a whole weeks worth of legs.

Being on anabolics, you will notice that you can work the same muscle group 2, 3 or 4x a week. Your recovery will be much faster and you can squeeze in another day with back, or legs, or arms.

I workout based on muscle groups, not on days. Because certAin days I can't make it and I just continue next day. Lol I actually work out 2x a day some days (I love being on juice haha)

My recovery time is still the same so far. I also dont want to ruin my CNS more than I already have considering I have moderate adrenal fatigue.
 
u do legs w me u wont be able to do them 2x a week. sounds like your overtraining or the intensity isnt there so u have the ability to train all day. depends on goals i guess. id lean out doing that.

Yes! I train with proper form and get the full contraction of the muscles and I'll tell you, I couldn't train twice a week! Yesterday, I think my dosages were to close together so I'll make sure to spread them out more.

overtraining is a myth... especially when you are on anabolics. its called eat and sleep more.

That is some of the worst information you can try and give out. Overtraining is not a myth at all and anabolics will help speed up rocovery but not nearly to the degree you are making it out as. Working out each muscle group once a week is more than enough. Jack is right, I have a feeling your intensity is lacking.

As for D Bol back pumps. For me they got to the point that they were painfull and debilitating like some of the other people here experienced. No fun at all. Hopefully you don't get it that bad fitness life forever.

certain muscles can recover very fast in general. for example calves, biceps, abs all recover very fast. coupled with anabolics its very possible to work the same muscles 2x a week.

its not bad information at all.

Most people struggle more with getting proper nutrition rather than workout routine. When your workout routine is pretty intense, your body needs more and more nutrition. Sure there is a point where you can be training too much, but 2x a week shouldn't be a problem for a single muscle group when someone is on steroids.

Calves can be worked out every day, many pros do this. Same with abs.
 
Driving in the car became such a hassle for me. I drive a bmw and it has the most comfortable seats! I felt like I was doing deadlifts if I drove for mroe than 10 mins...

Not comfortable at all. Try taurine when they get bad.

Also I think its in your head. I didn't notice back pumps until week 2 and I was taking 60mg per day

i'm on test not dbol, but just drove 10 hours yesterday to see family and holy shit. most miserable car ride ever! i tried everything including my son's pillow pet behind my lowerback, that worked for about 30 minutes.
 
I have heard nothing but bad things about this dbol back pumps. makes me never want to touch the stuff
 
I am running PL"s Dbol 50 mg ed. I am noticing great gains in size and strength. Not even sure what a back pump is. I feel great.

how much weight have you gained. I usually don't get those lower back pumps until further in after some decent weight gain. I have gotten it from other cycles without D-Bol as well. you're lucky you don't have them...yet anyway...lol good luck.

I don't take my weight because I feel it's an innacurate way to gauge muscle growth. I hve put on 40lbs on my squat though. Doing legs as we speak and my lower back is burning lol.

not questioning your intelligence , but are you sure they aren't anadrol tabs, if not they must be those ugl D's that are overdosed...lol
 
I am in week 3 of 4 on my Dbols, One week left to go then the Mast Test Tren will be taking over. I would run Dbols again to jump start a cycle. No back pumps, no bad sides at all. I am doing 50mg ed. 25mg in the am and 25mg pm.

bullish count yourself one of the lucky ones then, because it seems you're in the minority when it comes to those lower back pumps, cramps describes them better....lol

funny thing though, back in the days of the good old Russian D-Bol 5mg, I remember great gains, but never got those back pumps, just wicked pumps on the muscles being trained. maybe I was just younger, but seems strange to me anyway.
 
Mine were not as bad as the ones described but I did have some LB pain when standing or leaning for long periods and squats/Dead lifts and the worst was straight legged dead lifts for the hammies. LB was killin. I have enjoyed my dbol experiences but don't think my last round I came across was very good - i didn't gain as much from it.
