actually no, I normal bench what some people almost consider a close-grip bp. if I go too wide, it hurts my shoulders. i've been trying to go wider for a while to strengthen then up, but I think they are just fucked for good. that is why my bench has been so damn stangant for a while, because I have been fucking around with hand placement, trying to get my weak ass shoulders up to par.

the CGBP you see above, my hands were about 6" or less apart.

I'm usually 6-8" apart on cg (you'd call that shit 9-13", according to the women). But my pinkies are typically about an inch inside on a regular set.

I do bench a bit wider on incline, but still not "wide" by any means.

Why are your shoulders weak?

Besides benching heavy for so long, I have torn several tendons in my right RC a few times from playing so much competitive volleyball.

Only did cardio past three days. Mainly sprints. Tomorrow morning, squats.
 
So, was sick over the holidays a bit and took some time off. Did some minor stuff, but nothing worth posting. Went back in on Wednesday to lift heavy. And only did two things - squat/bench. Tomorrow, I am doing deads.

I'm kinda torn as to what to do really. I was planning on not starting this test prop cycle until I reached the 1500 total mark, which I was attempting to reach by end of 2007. Almost there, but not quite. Any input? Should I start anyway?
