actually no, I normal bench what some people almost consider a close-grip bp. if I go too wide, it hurts my shoulders. i've been trying to go wider for a while to strengthen then up, but I think they are just fucked for good. that is why my bench has been so damn stangant for a while, because I have been fucking around with hand placement, trying to get my weak ass shoulders up to par.musclesntx said:Hey man, I'm going to vid my next benching to show you how close I bench when I'm going for max - my pinkies don't even touch the rings - just something I do.
