MDS's Test P/Tren A Cycle

3rd Cycle (9 weeks long)

Week 1: 150mg Test Prop ED
Weeks 2-9: 100mg Test Prop ED
Weeks 2-9: 33mg Tren Ace ED (will access how my body handles the Tren and possibly bump the dosage up to 50mg ED)
*may run some injectable Winstrol (winny) @ 50mg ED from Weeks 4-9 if I don’t like how dry I am… I’m sitting on 2 20ml Bottles of Human Grade so I figure I might want to use it

Current Stats

Mass: 220lbs w/ approximately 12% bf
Strength: 315lbs Bench, 365lbsx2(easy) Squat, ~450lbs Deadlift

Goals

Mass Gain: Gain 9 pounds of Solid Muscle (approximately 1lb/week)
Strength Gains: 10-15% of 1RM in the 3 major lifts (365lb Bench, 585lb Deadlift, 475lb Squat)
Fat Loss: 2% (approximately .5lb/week)

I think that with tightening my diet a little more and increasing the 0 Cardio I do currently to 3-4 30 minute sessions a week, this shouldn’t be unattainable.

Diet

4,200-4,500 calories ED (currently maintaining well on about 3,800-4,000 ED)

Planning on upping the protein and dropping the carbs slightly. Should be about 450 grams of protein, 350 grams of carbs, 100 grams of fat.

Training

Going back to a little bit more of the Traditional Body Building (1 body part/wk split) but I’m going to keep the main lifts heavy (6 reps or less).

Day 1: Quads, Hamstrings, Calves
Day 2: Chest, Biceps, Forearms, Abs
Day 3: OFF
Day 4: Back, Calves, Abs
Day 5: Shoulders, Traps
Day 6: Biceps, Triceps, Forearms, Abs
Day 7: OFF

*the Bicep day w/Chest will be a lighter day (probably only 6 sets)
* any recommendations are more than welcome… the increased volume and training frequency is because I’m going to be on a healthy amount of gear
* Cardio will be 3-4x a week… I haven’t figured out exactly when because my class schedule isn’t set in stone yet

August 24th

150mg Test Prop... injected into right glute, injection went perfect and I'm very pleased to be back on

Training will start up tomorrow with Day 1
 
Glad you're finally getting this thing rolling. You'll have a lot of fun with this one.

I hope so man. It's going to be an awesome experience because I have the time, money, and resources (ie. you guys, the internet, pretty good gyms) to make this thing happen for me.

August 25th

150mg Test Prop... injected into left glute, went well but its a little sore now (about 6 hours later)

Leg Extensions 100/12, 100/12, 100/10
Calf Raises 2 plates/12, 2 plates/12, 2 plates/10

Calf Raises 80/8, 120/10 (full stack is 120)
superset w/
Leg Curls 100/10, 100/10

*Calf Raises were done on a Hack Squat Machine facing the opposite way
*felt pretty good today, I had a nice mental edge
 
August 26th

150mg Test Prop... injected into right quad, hurt when I broke the skin, but it was painless after the fact

Incline DB Flyes 55's/9, 60's/8, 60's/8
One Arm Cable Cross Overs 25/12, 35/12, 45/10 (plate loading cable stack)

*felt good today, felt a little bit more of a pump than usual
 
August 28th

Lat Pull Down 200/10, 200/10, 200/10 (full stack) *wanted to add more weight but the guy who runs the gym was there and wouldn't have liked that

August 29th

*cleaned a 5,500 square foot bar for 2 and a half hours before the workout so I was a little shot from that, but the workout still went well
 
August 30th

100mg Test Prop, 30mg Tren Ace... injected into my left delt, hopefully I don't end up with an infection or major pain soon (its the first time injecting my homebrew)

*I think that my BA concentration is too high in the Tren. I injected it w/ the Prop and had some major discomfort in the shoulder from about 10 minutes after the injection until about 3 hours after. I figure it must be the BA with those symptoms and I know that I made it with AT LEAST 5% BA, and I wouldn't doubt that it was more like 6-8%. (I don't remember my exact recipe) Some problems that I also thought my add to the issue with the discomfort was that when I broke the skin I had a major muscle twitch and it felt like it pulled the pin a little bit. I also did Shoulders yesterday, so hopefully tomorrow's injection will go a little bit better.

You sayin you did 250lbs on the Tbar Rows??? - jesesus man you're a fuckin beast! How much width have u added in your shoulders in the last 6 mos? Go, dude, go!

I've always had really strong shoulders and a really really strong back.... my shoulders have definitely grown, how much, I really don't know
 
August 31st

100mg Test Prop, 30mg Tren Ace... injected into right delt, went a lot better than the first injection yesterday, thinking it was more to do with injection technique, etc than the gear itself...

NO TRAINING

*went to a local state park with some sweet waterfalls, etc
*cleaned the bar that I work at... going to call that cardio for now on... it takes no less than 2 hours, its hot and I soak through my shorts and shirt every time from a combination of sweeping, squeegeeing, and mopping

I've always had really strong shoulders and a really really strong back.... my shoulders have definitely grown, how much, I really don't know

props man - strong is an understatement- maybe all that baseball! - and as i recall you are 6'+ so w/ long arms that is even more impressive. I'm lucky if I can get 2 plates up for 8 reps!

Yeah, I'm 6'3" with a 77" wingspan, so my arms are most definitely pretty long. I have just always had a very strong back and strong shoulders. The first time I even DeadLifted, I was 16 yo, ~165lbs and did 315.

Injected delts isn't easy, normally I get a friend to do it for me. I like to hit the rear delt, so it makes it that much harder for me to do by myself.

The cardio is definitely easier to do when your getting paid $20 an hour to do it. To bad it's just not EOD or something like that, instead its always Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
