100mg Test Prop, 50mg Tren Ace... went very well, pecs could potentially be my favorite place to shoot
Shoulders and Traps
Barbell Press 185/8, 195/8, 205/5
Side Raises 45's/12, 50's/12, 60's/10, 65's/7
Rear Cable Pulls 50/12, 60/12, 70/10
Smith Machine Upright Rows 115/12, 135/10, 155/8
DB Shrugs 100's/12, 100's/12, 100's/12 (hard pause at the top)
*felt very good during the workout, but once again I was a little tired before and after
*did the clean up cardio as well
Hey Buddy - nice workout -glad to see it's going so well. Did you ever try shrugs on the standing calf machine. they seem easier but totally isolates the traps - may want to try those to pre exhaust or finish off .
BTW- what length pin did u use on the pecs - 1"?
