Assisted Pull Ups -70/7-3-3, 20 second static
T-Bar Rows 5plates + 35/12, extreme stretch

*everything went up in either reps or weight except Dips... could potentially be due to the heavier weight I was using on Chest and Shoulder

November 23rd

*NO TRAINING

November 24th - DC Day 10

Day B

EZ Curl Preacher Curls 70/9-4-3, 20 second static
Pinwheel Curls 65/12, 70/9 straight sets, extreme stretch
45 Degree Calf Press 200/10, 200/6 straight sets
Stiff Leg Deadlifts 315/12, 325/10 straight sets
Squats --> really pissed about this... was doing my last warm up set w/315, got into the hole on my second rep, came up and felt a nice twinge in my upper right Quad... called it quits and hit the Leg Extensions for a super light straight set which didn't make it feel any better... going to have to monitor that very closely

November 25th

*NO TRAINING
*traveled home for Thanksgiving... ate like shit


post cycle therapy (pct) Progress

*have been feeling pretty good overall, the weight is holding steady at 225
*libido is back to normal non-steroid levels
*nuts have come back almost completely
*probably going to run the post cycle therapy (pct) for another week just to make sure

I didn't unfortunately

The only comparisons I could give you would be to look at the pics at the end of my Second Cycle, add about 3-5 pounds of muscle to that and drop the same amount of bodyfat. I was very happy with the results to say the least... I am really looking tight and vascular.

I'm going to use it as a pre-workout supplement as well... I don't think its going to make me pack on any mass like most people think lol but if it gives me a little bit of a pump up, then hell its good enough for me
 
All I could think to myself in the middle of the set was when is this going to be over... It really was quite the set, but the stretch is the worst part of the whole the thing

Barbell Rows 285/12, 315/4 (just enough rest to put on more weight and tighten my wraps up again), extreme stretch

*slept on my buddies couch last night so didn't get the best rest possible... did have a great workout and beat all my lifts in either weight or reps except for Barbell Military Press, which I missed by one
 
November 28th - PCT Day 26, DC Day 12

Day B

Seated DB Curls 35's/8-4-4, 20 second static
Reverse Grip One Arm Cable Curls 60/12, 65/10, extreme stretch
Seated Calf Press 90/10, 90/6 drop 45/3
Standing Cable Hamstring Curls 30/12, 30/12
Smith Machine Hack Squats 135/10, 185/8, 185/5... Quad still felt very tender so I just did enough to loosen up and get a little bit of a pump
Leg Extensions 105/10-4-4, extreme stretch... felt a little bit better than the Squats so I went for it

*was at my gym at home so did Seated Calf Presses rather than Smith Machine Seated Calf Raises and the stack for Standing Cable Hamstring Curls was much heavier than the school gyms

*have noticed the boys coming back nice and the libido is back to normal
 
Next Cycle Plans

Now that I only have 2 days left of my PCT, naturally I got excited thinking about my next cycle. Nothing is finalized, but here are the 2 ideas, the only real difference is going to be whether I run Deca or EQ...

Weeks 1-16: 750mg/wk Test E
Weeks 1-4: 100mg EOD Test P
Weeks 17-18: 100mg ED Test S
Weeks 1-15: 600mg/wk EQ
Weeks 13-18: 100mg EOD Masteron
Weeks 3-18: 250iu's e3d

Weeks 1-16: 750mg/wk Test E
Weeks 1-4: 100mg EOD Test P
Weeks 17-18: 100mg ED Test S
Weeks 1-15: 500mg/wk Deca
Weeks 13-18: 100mg EOD Masteron
Weeks 3-18: 250iu's e3d

I'm leaning more towards the first one because I don't know if I want to run back to back 19-nor cycles and the EQ might be a little bit better for the super lean look I'm going for.

Let me know what you guys think...
 
I don't know what everyone else's thoughts are on with hcg and using prop upfront but I started my hcg a little earlier than the third week.

I think if you want a "super lean" look, I'd stay away from the deca.

I don't know about the suspension...I'd just stick with the prop, but hey, you never know until you try. Just keep in mind...that's 700mg pure test in addition to the test E that is still in the system...you might have to take a little extra stuff to keep the gyno away.

The week 3 start of HCG was just a guesstimate as to when I was going to start. Generally, I start at the first sign of skrinkage, so it should be around Day 10-14.

I'd like to drop my bf into the single digits, so EQ might be the way I'm headed, not to mention I already have it, so I won't have to worry about that at all.

I've been wanting to try Suspension for my last 2 cycles, but both worked out that I closed with Prop. I have 2 20ml bottles of Suspension burning a hole in my stash, so I figured I might as well use some of it. They were given as freebies for some bigger orders that I placed a while back and both are Human Grade... so I figured what the hell. As far as dosage, I think I might drop it to like 75mg/day rather than 100mg/day, but we'll see.

Hey Milk - U still hammered at school? Hope you are getting the workouts in for stress reduction. Of course your gf can prolly help w/ that too.... How's the strength & stamina now that your are almost done w/ PCT?

I really wish I was able to get into the gym these last few days, but no luck...

I had an 11 hour ride back to school on Sunday (should have took like 6), 35 hours of paper writing (26 pages total), 10 hours of extra research, and about 8 hours of reading.... safe to say I didn't do much sleeping, eating, or anything else this week
 
lean... the strength and stamina are good for the most part, would like to see how I do in the gym tomorrow... the big difference in my training (using DC) hasn't really let me measure strength in the terms of numbers go, but my muscles have been feeling full and I have been noticing what seems like gains in my overall chest development

PCT has been over now for about a week, did the whole 28 day deal and I feel like I have recovered well
 
So after doing DC for a month and getting and better understanding for Dante's principles, I'm going to start a new training program incorporating DC, West Side, 5x5, and some other traditional body building principles.

The Training Split is going to be as followed:
Day A: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Day B: Back Width, Back Thickness, Biceps, Forearms
Day C: Calves, Hams, Quads

I will be training 4 days a week and the 1st and 4th workouts of the week will train the same muscle groups (optimally Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). Like DC, I'm not going to be repeating exercises until 3 workouts have been completed (Day A 1 and Day A 4, will end up being the same exercises). I'm going to incorporate some West Side principles like Max Effort, Rep Effort, and Dynamic Effort days. Training will be with one compound exercise, a DC rest pause set, and an isolation exercise, followed by the DC extreme stretch.

It's really a work in progress as of right now and I'll cross some bridges when I get to them.

So with that being said, today was Day A1 (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps):

Flat Bench 265/5, 265/5, 265/5, 185/5 (rest pause)
Cable Cross Overs 100/10, 100/10, 100/8
Extreme Chest Stretch 60 seconds

Smith Machine Shoulder Press 185/6, 185/6, 185/5, 135/4 (rest pause)
Side Raises 40/12, 45/12, 50/10
Extreme Shoulder Stretch 60 seconds

Dips 50/8, 40/8, 30/10, bw/5 (rest pause)
Rope Pushdowns 120/12, 130/10, 130/8
Extreme Tricep Stretch 60 seconds

*felt really good and was about to get in an out of the gym with a great workout in about 65 minutes
 
I like the new idea. I would just say beware of doing an ME lift followed by a RP set...going balls to the wall could lead to overtraining (especially without the use of gear). I think the spilt is solid and should give plenty of time for recovery. Just remember when you start doing the DE days...the idea is not to burn yourself out ;)

I did the chest stretch today...I stand up and nearly pass out after really trying to push that sternum out.

*took 2 scoops of NO Explode before I trained and I honestly felt like I was back on... the pump I had was insane and I'm loving this new training regimen thus far
