donkey calf- 1x8 #156

situps- 25lbs 1x15

crunch machine- 1x15 #10

efx eliptical- 20 minutes

qauds- 60 seconds
hams- 60 seconds

hamstrings both tight as shit today....Bad workout.

Joined a new gym.. 40$ per month no initial fee.

I got looks from jsut about everyone when i did pullthrus...guess no one knows how to work the core . Horrible weighted ab machines they have also.

yeah , just gotta use other squat and dead variations that allow me to progress and stay safe.

Next time around i am doing front squats for 4 weeks then regular squats for 4 weeks. As far as assitant work goes..prob hack squats
 
flat pause bench (wide grip)- #305 2x5

Hammer strenght chest press- 1 plate+25lbs per side 2x10

Hammer strengh shoulder press- 1plates+40lbs per side 1x15

Tricep pushdowns- #150 1x23 r\p

Ab machine- #5 2x20

chest- #50 for 60 seconds
tris- 30# for 60 seconds
shoulders- 60seconds

feel good today..pause bench is moving nicely. Just had to change my assitant work a little cuase of the new different equip at this new gym.

rack deads on friday cant wait.
