Honestly I dont think he was bragging at all, I've seen some cocky folks on the internet and he doesn't seem to come off that way IMO.

Looks like some big-liftin genetics.

i agree and in no way was I trying to flame him either
just that #'s threads usually turn out bad but this one seems to be OK

#'s are misleading anyway..its all about will and how hard you push yourself and not doing the easy things just because you are good at it

ive got one young kid on the right track his numbers are low and hes not the strongest guy but he works hard and does things for a reason and wants to improve his form/strength/athletic ability..i would never ever laugh at this guy cuz his benhc is only around 215 its the other assnozzles that are in every gym that are loud as hell and moving te 130 DB like as though they were doing imaginary board presses :)

actually i got to give fatboy partial credit, he posted some evidence to back up his claims. where's the pic of the bench??

At the moment, doing a warmup of 100lbs on bench hurts like hell. Something happened to my shoulder a few weeks ago. Hell, it hurts just to lift my arm to get out of bed in the morning. Very frustrating. Extremely frustrating, in fact.

LOL!

I give fatboy credit too. One of the most hardcore heaviest lift ive seen yet is Gary Franks 930lb deadlift on the iron addict forum.

Here's something i find more impressive considering this dude is about 100lbs lighter than Bolton or Frank and is in good shape. He good at least made that 830lb pull look difficult. Keep in mind this dude had a torn tendon in his Bicep a yr. ago and the doctor said he didn't know if he could ever lift again.

Bench 525x1
Squat 705x1
Power Clean 357x1
Incline 455x1

All #s from College Maxes, Bench is about the same now, But I never go over 600 for squats from fear of injury

I agree with that, I could have added some weight to my numbers if I trained like a jackinape, and I could have removed some if I did that 5 second up and 5 second down crap.

no, its a gym at the summer camp i work at, but i live there in the summer, so i guess you can sy it's a summer home gym

why is your dead so out of proportion to your bench?

pull 610 second time in deadlift suit.
close grip bench 315x10
squat, this is a complete disaster will no better next go around.
shoulder presses 130 lb dumbells for 6
icline dumbells 140x8
incline press 315x7
flat bench 405x2

alot of these numbers were done clean for along time, some i could probably break now, not sure. I have no clue what my best squats are, i know i have done 495x3 along time ago and were deep but not sure if they were comp deep, i used to have knee over the ankles disease real bad.

not all the time sweety. these threads kill me anyway. who lifts what, who has what, who does this the best. bla bla bla

at least 75% of the posts are blantant lies "normally" in "these" threads. and who gives a crap about how much someone can curl or shrug? :D i can row the building across town but it aint one of the lifts in a meet. =0l if they had a leg press and bent over row contest id win my share of them, but they dont.

i think my test levels may be a bit high. :D whatcha yall think?

btw if anyone wants to know what people really lift check out the traning journal section on any board.
