Seeing that I just ate IHOP, I will attempt 380x1 on deads. After I nail this, I think I will go down and start doing reps of lighter weights in the weeks to come - I'm taking T's advice and not gonan try to max out everyweek now; might blow my back.

As for bench, I don't know. I might go lighter because my chest is in pain as of right now. We shall see.
