Just popping in to say hey and I'm still following the progress. Nice fucking squat the other day bro.. 405! I'd be damn proud. ..and now I noticed you pulled 455! wow. Great job my friend and keep it up.
Hows the clen working for you? I decided to go w/Albuterol due to less sides, more reliable studies on the positives, etc.. It's working great and as planned, started two weeks ago. I've been cutting for MMA before I go into another cycle... then I think my next one will be very light due to possible cardio and bloat issues that arise w/test. I'm thinking a moderate test dose and some var :)

the numbers have been increasing steadily, the weight has been staying the same, and i've been seeing some good leaning out... pretty much everything I wanted

I don't mind the Clen at all, but I have noticed that with a slight reduction in my carbs and ON a cycle the effects are definately felt much more intensely... but nothing that I really can't handle

like i've stated previously, I go to a college with a bunch of hippie art fags so it was funny pulling 455, squating 405, and incline benching 275 because everyone stopped what they were doing and watched me do my sets

felt pretty cool

spent about 9 hours in the library today studying for a test and writing a paper... it was great

being sedentary all day and not training, I wasn't as hungry as normal and I figured I would cut back the kcals a bit to compensate

I was amazing with the weight I used today on CGBP, but everything felt really light... I decided to pulse some D-Bol before my training for about 4 weeks (20mg/pre workout), so that might be the reason for the extra boost

pissed about the food intake today, gotta get back on track tomorrow:

stange...our weights are about the same, i have always sucked at bench, and just recently really focused on it, and am getting somewhere

my DL would be higher than it is now, but I fractured my back last summer so I've just been trying to improve slowly but surely

325mg Sust injected into right glute... used a 23 gauge pin so I didnt have to sit there forever, a little bit more pinch than I would have liked, but almost no soreness
