nice work on the deads bro...we've got the same goal of 6 plates. I tried it once last october and got it two inches off the ground...lol. i hope to hit it by may/june.

that would suck alot... i won't go for it unless i know I can hit it

like I've said before, I go to a hippie school and when I do most of my compound movements EVERYONE stops what there doing a watches me... therefore I can't miss any lift lol

wanted to hit the legs pretty hard, but didn't feel 100% today

tomorrow is my last real training session before Spring Break, its going to be a full Chest with some Legs and then it will be a week of fending for myself in FL with the baseball team (were staying at a hotel with a decent gym and I think I'll be able to do at least some supersets with pushups, cable crossovers, bi's, tri's, etc... and hitting the lean protein as best as possible and keeping the carbs as complex as possible)

we'll see what happens

Day 67-74

In Florida from Spring Break with the Club Baseball team. My plan of attack is to take in as much lean protein as possible, and eat a lot of deli meats in the hotel rooms. I'm not a really big drinker, so thats not really going to be a huge issue for me. The hotel we're staying at looks like it has a decent enough gym to at least get some supersets done for Arms and maybe for Chest. My mom also lives close to Tampa where were staying, so I'm going to be seeing her and probably spending some time in her gym, but nothing is for certain.

I obviously didn't want to take this much time off mid-cycle, but unfortunately I don't really have much of a choice. Upon coming back for the last month of my 105 day (15 week cycle), I'm going to a real cut for summer break.

I haven't crunched all the numbers yet, but I'm thinking a 50% protein, 20% carb, and 30% fat intake with calories hovering right around 3,800. Cardio is going to be thrown in the mix 5-6 days a week in the morning on an empty stomach. For convenience, I'm going to be using the Stationary bike I have in my apartment for 40 minutes every session. Should be fun, and hopefully I'll be able to get my bf down to 11-12% (currently ~15%) like I think I can.

And just as a reference, I have been using one of those stupid handhold bf calculators (which I don't think are all that accurate, it looks to be about 2-3% high for everyone I know who has used it) and it said 16.9%, so I'm going to take it for what it is, use it weekly and make sure that # is on the decline.

I'll be back soon enough and will be back to logging like a mad man once again.
 
Day 75

Had an amazing time in Florida for Spring Break, the team didn't play as well as we would have liked, but we definately put ourselves on the map... we lacked pitching, otherwise we would have faired much better

slept for about 14 hours last night, the trip really kicked the shit out of me

weighed in at 253lbs this morning, which is 4 more than when I left, but I had to expect that with the shitty food and booze that I was drinking

tomorrow starts the cutting down for summer which is going to end up being 5-6 weeks....

the plan is 3,800kcals, 475 grams of protein (50%), 250 grams of carbs (25%), 90 grams of fat (25%)

I'm going to keep the training the same... 2 on, 1 off and lifting as heavy as possible but I'm going to add in 35-45 minutes on the Stationary bike 6 times a week on an empty stomach in the morning and depending on how the cutting is going, I might hit another 20-30 minute cardio session on my off days in place of my normal training session

I have 40ml of 100mg/ml Test Prop and 60ml of 100mg/ml Test Suspension and ~450 10mg tabs of Winstrol (winny), and I'm thinking about closing with some of either one of the Tests and Winstrol (winny) for the last 4 weeks, I'm leaning towards 100mg/day of the Prop so I have a full cycles worth of the Test Suspension for my next cycle

I had a great time down there and got real partied 3 nights, it was overall one of the best vacations I think I've ever had

On fitday, what do you estimate your average daily calorie output/metabolic rate to be.. Just curious how much of a deficit you'll run at 3800 cals daily.

I'm definitely like you, I can't wait to get back into the swing of things with dieting, training, and everything else...

On fitday I say that I'm "seated work, some movement", because I'm a full time college student and the majority of my day is spent either in class, studying, or on the computer... but I do spend a significant amount of time walking to and from classes

according to fitday I burn 4929 calories a day, 2455 from basal, 1485 from lifestyle, and 989 from activities (which include 40 minutes on the stationary bike, and an hour in the gym)

I have a hard time believing that I'm going to be running an 1,100 + calorie deficit, but we'll see how it goes... if the pounds start stripping off too fast, I'll make some minor adjustments, but I was maintaining well with 4,500 cals a day and slightly longer workouts, so I figure that cutting the calories, shortening the workouts and starting the cardio should show some significant changes

300mg Sust injected into right glute... aspirated and pulled a pen tips worth of blood, aspirated a little more and nothing came out, decided to go through with the injection and it went really smooth

answered in the PM, but for anyone else who cares...

I've ran Clen up to ~160mcg/day and didn't have any real adverse side effects, but this was also when I was not on any gear... lately, while on gear, it seems that I have had a much stronger response to it than before... 50mcg in the morning on an empty stomach keeps me ramped up and ready to go for almost the entire day.

I like the thermogenic properties of Clen and gives me a similar feeling to another drug that I've used a couple of times that was quite fun to say the least.

I wouldn't think to cut without Clen now that I have used it.
