Hey - Nice Sunday workout - especially the hanging leg raises! - 20? that's sick! i recentlt started doing them with 15 or 20 lbs between my thighs - a little variety - but i only count to 10 (can't use the toes - LOL)

Too bad about the gf - good luck w/ that - just listen - don't try to understand her - I've been workin on that for 15 yrs now w/ my sweetie and I've finally come to terms with it - there is NO way to understand the functioning of the female brain!

the Whey is good... it was supposed to come in a 25lb bag, but because of stocking issues I was sent 5 5lb tubs of Dymatize Elite Whey Protein Isolate Milk Chocolate... its low carb like I wanted and the taste isn't bad at all, a little coffee flavor at the end, but nothing I don't like
 
stocking issues must have been why it took so long to get to you. Glad ya like it. Whey is so expensive these days...always a battle to find something decently priced.

left pec is not as sore as I thought it would have been considering it was the first time I have ever injected into my pec

eating a few more carbs than normal today because I have been feeling really shitty and I'm trying to get the energy up

1" pin is what I used, it is a little weird when you do it for the first time just because you can't get the thought of your heart being like 2 inches deeper

Had 2 finals today and got minimal sleep last night, really dragging ass today, but I ended up getting myself to the gym to hit legs of all things.

*probably could have gone heavier on the Squats but I didn't want to push it being I was running on caffeine and adrenaline.

100mg Test Prop... injected into left delt, had my friend do it for me, hurt alot on the initial breaking of the skin, but everything else went fine

Awsome diet too, bro - 4% carbs? that's outrageous - I am sure you must be doing well on the cut. I just started a similar diet a week ago to see if i can go below my current 17% - i feel less fat around my waist but don't know if that's water loss or what. i used to be able to gave a good handful at both sides of my navel but now its down to a slim cigar! Hahaha - very scientific terms. Did you use a 1" pin in the delt too? Can't say I'm eager to try that spot but good that you got a buddy to help out. (and if you are bummed over the thot of how miserable finals week is, just think - Mr. "Lean body" is stuck behind a computer in a cubical 9 hours aday...(not looking for sympathy here - I do get paid for it ;-)

slept for 2 hours last night, finished a take home exam and gave a presentation today... thank GOD for adderal and caffeine... got home and crashed until the cunts in my apartment building decided to bang around upstairs and wake me up after about 75 minutes of sleep... they almost got killed

PCT planning, etc...

as previously stated, my post cycle therapy (pct) is going to go as followed...

Day 1: 200mg Clomid
60mg Nolvadex
Days 2-17: 100mg Clomid
40mg Nolvadex
Days 18-30/35: 50mg Clomid
20mg Nolvadex

I'm also going to be taking Tribulus the whole post cycle therapy (pct) as recommended on the bottle... I don't know what thats going to help, but I figured fuck it, if it helps 5% its worth the $15 bucks its costing me.

As soon as I get home on Wednesday I'll also be starting up the Clen, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off... this is hopefully to keep the body fat low and give me a little boost in the gym and hopefully get some help from its supposed "non-hormonal anabolic properties".

I'm going to FL from Saturday 5/10 to Wednesday 5/14. I'm going down to see my family before I start my internship on 5/23. I'm going to start my post cycle therapy (pct) on Tuesday 5/13, with the Clomid and Nolvadex (200mg/60mg, respectively).

The plan for the diet on post cycle therapy (pct) is going to be keeping the calories moderate...about 3200 - 3400 kcals/day and keep the protein high (near 50%), the fats moderate (35-40%) and the carbs relatively low (10-15%). I'm going to try and minimize body fat gain and maximize muscle retention (go figure lol). My training isn't going to change much except for a slight decrease in volume in hopes that I can keep over training to a minimum.

Hopefully all goes well, I'll have a computer in FL, and I'll keep everyone updated on the training/diet/results.

Wait Time Day 1

NO TRAINING

The flight dpwn to FL went way better than planned. I got the most sleep that I've gotten in the last 3 days on the airport floor and on the plane, a total of about 4.5 hours.

Spent like 70 bucks at the grocery store today before I got to my mom's place because she just doesn't have the type of shit that I need to be putting in my body right now (waiting for post cycle therapy (pct) to start).

Kind of a weird feeling not getting ready to pin myself. Kinda of a good feeling as well... like I said previously, I'm kinda excited to train for the pump and not one rep maxes many more.

*the day was all messed up like I said before, but I'll just get back on track tomorrow

Cycle Results

17 weeks, 3 days

Weight: from 239 to 233
Bodyfat: from about 17% to 12%
*vascularity is really great right now and I feel great overall
*from the calculations that I made, I gained 8 lbs of lean body mass... from 198 to 206

Bench: 305 to 345 (estimated)
Squat: don't know to 425 (estimated)
Deadlift: didn't do them much but I'm sure I could pull over 450 right now
*my strength went up and would have went up more, but with cutting it was minimized somewhat

The next cycle is probably going to be in September after a full summers off from gear. I'm going to be getting blood work done soon to make sure that the Winstrol (winny) didn't kill my insides and that the post cycle therapy (pct) is doing what it needs to.
