New Cycle, First Time Making A Log

just found out that my workout shoes/pants/shirt actually weigh 4lbs not 2... so I have yet to break 250, I'm actually 248.5, so it looks like I have a bit more to go

still a 10lb increase in 12 days, but not quite the overall mass # I thought
 
Day 11

70mg Test Prop
200mg Sust

6th injection... injected into my right delt, went smooth enough but I can notice that its getting harder and harder to inject delts. Looks like i need to find another place to start pinning.

on a side note... I was working at the bar and it seemed like every girl was looking that much better and wanted a piece of me, felt pretty good

also wanted to train soo bad I cant wait til monday
 
got "forced" to go to the bar tonight

had a couple beers beforehand and 3 Jack and Diet Coke's while I was there

total calories for the day: 4715 kcals

Fat: 125 grams (25%)
Carbs: 420 grams (33%)
Protein: 326 grams (28%)
Alcohol: 94 grams (14%)

these totals are based on fitday.com... so I dont know exactly what I had for certain because I'm sure the drinks are mixed ddifferent than I thought and the pizza I ate may have been more or less calories

fitday.com is really easy man, its free and its basically just a drop down list, I would recommend it if you have an extra 15 minutes in your day
 
i cont my calories every once in awhile...just to see that i'm on par with diet...otherwise i just eat away as "normal". For people at work telling me i eat all day long...i don't seem to be putting in the scale fast enough.

yeah I dont count everyday, but when I'm on cycle I stay on top of the food taken in, etc... especially when my eating habits are changing every day

and thanks for the compliment... trying to keep on top of things and let everyone know how its going
 
Day 13

40mcg of liquid Clen... going to pyramid up to ~140mcg broken into 2x a day

70mg Test Prop
225mg Sust

7th injection was in the right glute with a 23g needle which makes everything a whole hell of a lot easier

I'm thinking the Prop will be done in a few more injections (3-4) so I will be switching from a blend of both to 300mg e3d of Sustanon (sust) (totaling 700mg/wk)

Legs

Leg Press... went from 4 to 8.5 plates on either side, didn't really count reps at each weight but it was a total of 5 sets
Walking Lunges 75's(each hand)/4x10 steps
Leg Curls 140/20, 160/15, 180/2x10
Squats 185/12, 205/12, 225/8, 225/10
Legs Extensions 215/15, 230/2x10, 160/15
Donkey Calf Raises 3.5 plates on either side 4x15

my back feels like its getting better, so I threw in some lighter Squats to gauge when I'm going to be able to go heavy again
 
Day 14

60mcg of Clen broken into 2, 30mcg doses

did AM cardio for 30 minutes on the stationary bike at 18mph

Flat Bench 225/10, 275/5, 285/5, 295/3.5, 315/1 (felt really good today, could have done 275 for 8-9 but I opted to stop and go heavier on the next sets

Standing DB Curls 55's/8,7,6
One Arm Preacher Curls 40/10, 45/2x8

fat: 147 g (26%)
carbs: 541 g (39%)
protein: 453 g (35%)

fat intake was slightly high because I cooked 2 meals with Olive Oil and I had to eat on the run which consisted of a Protein Shake (50g) and ~30 almonds. therefore i am not worried about my fat intake being higher than I would have liked
 
Day 15

70mcg of Clen divided into 2 equal doses

70mg Test Prop
200mg Sust

8th injection, into the left glute in the same syringe, went really well

NO TRAINING

kcals: 3931
fat: 86 grams (20%)
carbs: 450 grams (42%)
protein: 358 grams (38%)

* would have liked to take in another 800 kcal/50 grams of protein meal today but I had a bunch of shit to do with school and everything got thrown off. i will eat more tomorrow for sure

going to weigh in tomorrow morning also... hopefully I'll be 250

I actually like the Clen alot... granted I get a little shaky like most people, but nothing that I can't handle and it doesn't give me the insomnia, excessive sweating, etc... like most people experience

it was a long day, had to work at the bar til 2am... therefore the higher calorie and protein intake

Obviously I went out the the bar last night and had my fare share of booze... drank Jack and Diet Coke's the whole night to cut down on the simple carbs

I also went to a pizza place afterwards and had one slice of Buffalo chicken pizza and a 6" Turkey and Swiss sub, so I figured that is probably worth anoter ~700 kcals or so.

Day 18

AM cardio on the Stationary Bike for 30 minutes @ 18mph

felt shitty today, not sick but drained for some reason. i got a headache half way through my workout and was kinda pissed about it. on a good note, my back held up OK while doing Squats
