140mcg Clen broken into 2 equal doses

from now on I'm going to be running 325mg Sustanon (sust) e3d (758mg/wk total) but because my last injection was Thursday I only shot 300mg

300mg Sustanon (sust) injected into right glute, must have nicked a vein on the way in or something because when I took the pin out, I had a nice drip of blood coming from the injection site... but no blood when I aspirated so their were no real issues

NO TRAINING

went tanning instead

*first time going relatively heavy on Squats since I fractured my left facet joint in my back last summer... felt really good and my back was sturdy, got the 8 @ 315 and the 5 @ 350 without too much struggle

Going to a Division III liberal arts college has its perks (I'm one of the biggest guys in the gym) but it also has it downfalls (the limited sized DB's...only 100's... and the PUSSY tree huggers who look at me like I'm a "steroid freak")

..LOL.. So, why isn't a guy w/your size, ability, determination, and dedication playing a college sport?? Especially in DIII, you'd dominate! Just curious. I thought I remember you saying you played ball (baseball) awhile back though..

I play club baseball for the school... we don't have a varsity football or baseball team because of Title 9... so most of my efforts go into my body and vanity lol

*this workout was definately different than what I normally would do but I training with a buddy of mine to change things up a little bit

Day 28

325mg Sust

14th injection, injected into left glute... got a friend to do it for me, went pretty well but the initial poke through the skin hurt more than I would have thought

NO TRAINING

went tanning to keep the acne at bay, which has been kept at bay because of the tanning and Salicylic Acid acne scrub

and before pics will be coming soon, I just haven't gotten around to posting them yet

had a really light day of eating...

* not happy at all with these number, but I had a very busy day, so I suppose that even getting in that many was good

didnt count cals today... typical day though, I'm almost certain in was about 4500 kcals and 350 grams of protein

Day 31

NO TRAINING

15th injection... 325mg Sustanon (sust) injected into right quad, went well but I'm a little more sore today than I normally am from injections

didn't count kcals today either... ate alot though and felt pretty good
 
Day 32

weighed in at 257 this morning

I think I am a little bit more bloated than I normally am (hence the 4lb jump in 8 days) because I ate some salty shit last night and I drank a ton of water...

but either way the weight is moving up :)

NO TRAINING today, felt like I could use the extra day off cuz I haven't been sleeping all that well these last couple days
