100mcg Clen broken into 2 equal doses

AM cardio for 30 minutes on the stationary bike @ 18mph

Chest

Flat Bench 225/10, 275/8, 295/5 easy, 305/4, 315/3
Incline DB 100's/3x8
Flat Bench DB Flyes 50's/12, 55's/10, 60's/9
Cable Cross Overs 90/12, 100/10, 110/6 drop to 70/7

*felt really run down again even though the numbers didn't indicate it, so I decided not to do Bis and I'll reevaluate how I feel tomorrow

clen sucks imo....fucking racing heart and killer cramps without results. Diet is better
 
I don't know where the literature is, but I also read that it helps keep a positive nitrogen balance in the body... therefore promoting more gain in muscle tissue than Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) alone

I could be mistaken, but thats what I read

Go for it bro... especially at your size. I'm the same way :) I'm the guy running ECA and jogging 4 miles everyday during a bulker and still gaining weight. I'm a very easy gainer (including fat) so I'm all about tryng to limit fat gain anyway possible.
BTW, numbers are looking good brolly!!!!!!! Their climbing fast! Great job so far.

thanks buddy i appreciate it. i too am generally an easy gainer and my biggest concern is normally keeping my bf from creeping up

and as far as the numbers, I cant believe how quick their climbing, its like i'm on steroids or something... oh wait... i am lol

fat: 114 grams (19%)
carbs: 695 grams (47%)
protein: 456 grams (34%)

this was the break down i've been looking for the entire cycle so far... my appetite was really there today so i took full advantage and slammed down a ton of clean food... protein may have been a little high, but "only" 368 grams were from "real" protein sources whereas the other 90 or so came from predominately carb sources (ie. brown rice, whole wheat bread, oats, etc)

yeah, its not going to be the norm... but I felt like eating yesterday so I went crazy. I kept everything very clean so I wasn't too worried, but thanks for looking out. That is sound advice
 
sometimes i wish i was an easy gainer....but being a hard gainer keeps me somewhat lean while eating shit food...just wonder how well my arteries can keep up.

Something I have learned: You don't have to eat shit all the time just because you can get away with it.

i would love to be a hard gainer sometimes because I can easily ruin myself in about 2 weeks of eating shitty

i guess everyone is different though and we have to do what our bodies tell us

11th injection, into the left delt with a 25g pin... went well, had a friend help me out cuz I've been finding it harder and harder to inject delts because my chest gets in the way

* had dinner at my girlfriends place (not included in total cals, etc)... it was baked garlic, breadcrumb, and artichoke stuffed tilapia with sauteed potatoes, onions, and peppers... figured it must have been another ~700kcals and 40 grams of protein

12th injection into the right delt with help from a friend, warmed up the oil and the injection went really smooth

Going to a Division III liberal arts college has its perks (I'm one of the biggest guys in the gym) but it also has it downfalls (the limited sized DB's...only 100's... and the PUSSY tree huggers who look at me like I'm a "steroid freak")
