db lunges 55's x16 65's x16 85's x16 95's x16 - tweaked left hammy on first rep, should not have finished set, but I did
leg press 6 plates per side x20 8 plates x20 10 plates x15 - didn't want to push my hammy any further
Cable crunches on knees full stack x10 x12 x15
superset w/ calf press x 12 x12 x15
Db overhead extension 75 x15 95 x15 110 x15
superset w/ reverse curls 75 x10 80 x10 85 x10

Interested to see how my hammy feels tomorrow.
 
Upper body hypertrophy

decline db bench 75's x12 x12 x20
wide grip pull ups bw x8 bw+25 x8 bw+35 x10 - felt good
HS high row 3 plates+25 per side x10 4 plates x10 3 plates x15
triple superset w/ seated lateral raises (leaning forward slightly) 30's x10 x10 x15

Loving the Winstrol (winny) so far.

Definitely one of the places I'm considering making the move to after college. My friend is going to college in Portland and he loves it there. He said the weather is awesome year-around, but the only thing is that there are no real beaches.

I never noticed that about my elbow, but I must say it looks especially pointy in that shot. I do want to lose fat but losing all the weight does make me feel small.

i know what you mean though, abou tloosing wt and feeling smaller as you do it. but its one or the other i guess. :dunno:

superset w/ weighted ab crunch machine 180 x 12 x12 x12
skull crushers 100 x12 x12 x20
superset w/ bb curls 100 x12 x12 x15 (same bar)

Felt very strong today. The 100 lb barbell felt like a tinker toy. Could it be the Winstrol (winny) knocking at my door?

Felt a little tired and worn out during the workout. As of last week i'm working 40 hours doing labor type stuff and going to the gym straight after work. I feel it's sapping my strength some.

Without enough rest your likely to exhaust your CNS so that could sap your strength in it's self....
