New gear, new goals, new log.

Without enough rest your likely to exhaust your CNS so that could sap your strength in it's self....

Yeah I have been making sure to sleep well and obviously diet has been pretty immaculate. I'm sure the roids help with recovery also. My body has been responding extremely well to workouts, which is probably the Winstrol (winny) starting to take hold. I doubt i'll be hitting any big pr's, but I won't be working at this pace for more than another month, and by then the test will be rocking.

Legs hypertrophy

good mornings 135 x8 185 x8 205 x8 225 x8 245 x12 - hadn't done these in ages, felt amazing on the back and hams. work is going to suck tomorrow.
leg extension (moderate weight) 3 sets x15 x20 x20
superset w/ hamstring curls (moderate weight) x15 x15 x15
Decline crunches 3 sets x20
superset w/ calf press 4 plates per side x15 x15 x15
seated incline zottman curls 35's x8 45's x8 50's x8
superset w/ tricep pressdowns 85 x15 95 x15 x15

Upper body hypertrophy

incline HS machine 80 (per side) x10 100 x10 120 x10 140 x10 150 x12
low cable flyes 60 (per side) x10 70 x10 80 x10
lat pulldown 190 x10 210 x10 230 x10 250 x10 270 x10
HS high row machine 80 (per side) x10 100 x10 120 x12
one arm cable lateral raise 40 x10 50 x10 60 x10
superset w/ cable shrugs 190 (per side) x10 x10 x12

Was with a new girl all weekend so diet was just not where it should have been. Working on packing in some calories and "carbing up" as this is going to be a long physical week at work.

As far as new pics go, you guys are just going to have to wait till the very end of the cutter, unless I get some more random ones of me out and about.

Lower body strength

front squats 135 x5 185 x5 225 x5 275 x8 295 x9 - legs had a little more umph but back was done.
Hanging leg raises twisting on the way up - 3 sets x12 x12 x15
superset w/ unilateral calf press 3 sets x15 x15 x20
preacher curl machine 100 x15 120 x15 140 x15
superset w/ dip machine 3 sets full stack x20

Just didn't have the energy to squat really heavy today. Winstrol (winny) is starting to really come on now, muscles are looking a bit different. Pumps are bigger and easier to achieve, strength seems good despite continuing to lose size.

Unfortunately due to a ridiculous work schedule I'll be forced to take a 4 day haitus from the gym (weds-sat). Tha gayest part about it is that with all the work I'll be doing my cns won't even get much of a break. I am contemplating throwing in some type of bodyweight workout just to keep me from going nuts, but I'm trying to fight that urge. Back in action sunday.

Because - if i get it right - you are more focussed on being a powerlifter then a bodybuilder, then a 4 day break should be good no? Carb up in the meantime and by sunday you might break some personal records.

What do u do, work for a moving company? I consider my job pretty tiring, but not to the point of overworking my cns. My friend just started working for a moving company, and he said that it kicks his ass and he has little to no time to lift, but it pays well.

What a coincidence, so do I. I only work at that job <12 hours a week though because the pay sucks, and the cost of living here, unless you're getting a lot of support from mommy and daddy, is ridiculous. You must get stared down by the players quite often due to your size, I know I do, and I'm far smaller than you.

Upper body strength

bench 135 x8 185 x5 225 x5 275 x5 295 x5 315 x9.5 - felt pretty good
hammer grip pull ups bw x6 bw+25 x6 bw+35 x6 bw+45 x 13.5
standing military press 135 x6 185 x6 185 x12
db shrugs 100's x15 x15 x20
superset w/ forearm work

I don't weigh more than 265 right now.
