I thought for sure you must be trolling, but judging from your responses as I skimmed through the thread I realized you are just extremely ignorant, and have some self confidence issues.

What you are doing in that video is about 1/5 squat and 4/5 ego... your literally doing 1/5th of the full ROM.

As for trying to call me out, ill be the first to admit I cant squat 500. Although when I say I can squat 365, believe that its a full ATG squat, not some piece of shit lift like posted above.

Come on, really?? Squat? Looks like you farted a few times...and call someone a skinny little fuck?? After that video. Dude ain't no shame not being able to squat 500 lbs. Big fucking deal if you can't that's heavy as fuck. Your not holding 500lbs. on your shoulders using a smith machine either like someone doing real squats.

@ Matt071: Nice progress man, but don't hurt yourself trying to lift more than you can handle. If you are using that kind of form on all of your other body parts, I would say you are definitely holding yourself back. Better to go lighter with proper form / ROM than heavy and barely move. It's really no point in going heavy on any exercise if you can't control the weight better w/ proper form. Not knocking you, just no point in hurting yourself to be able to say I lift x weight especially if the lift isn't proper.

You have made great progress on your physique, but you are short changing yourself on your lifts. You need to drop the weight drastically and use proper form. Like someone said those are barely 1/4 squats. Work on your form man and build your strength back up. Good luck.
 
That is no shit the definition of what i laugh at people for. and too make it worst its on a smith machine. you've made good progress man, keep it up and lift with real form. Id hate to see your bench videos if thats what you call a squat. squat=picking up pennies off the ground with your ass
 
lol bro never squat like that again! the only thing your trainin are ur joints!! i never put weight i cant do proper movement the most i ever put on the smith machine is 5plates each side, but i get my ass to the floor.
 
To all the people that bash, fuck it, i know my body and i push myself to limits all the time
i like to do pyramid theory from proper form to shitty form the more i get up in higher weights
so fuck it, bash all u want, actually i dig the criticism cause it makes me go a fuck of alot harder in the gym
like people stated work on your traps more 5 months ago, well what i do hmmmm, worked on my traps lifting in pyramid form ( light to max) and brought my traps up, if u dont believe my shit, check my pics out from the summer to now, so all of u pinn up models that lift light and have those ripping 6 pack abs at 170 pounds so be it, work the way u want with your proper form and keep pushing your light weights!
