I'm currently 2.5 mo into my first cycle and I seem to be hitting a wall. I have gotten some decent gains but honestly expected much more. I know I'm going to get burned for running too much for a first cycle but here it is:Test C 500mg wk1-15, Dinanabol wk1-4, Deca400mg wk1-10. My question is this has anyone heard anything negative about this lab? I know that it is legit but I'm wondering if the oils are "watered down" a bit since its a small lab-thanks in advance for your help
 
Your cycle is good and should create good gains. What was your gains ? Maybe if you will share people can compare with their gains in similar cycles they did before and you can get some real info.

if you gained weight/mass at 1st and then stopped its possible the diet . when your weight goes up you have to add more calories and protein.
 
what are your stats? how much did you weigh before you started and what do you weigh now? how was your diet, how many calories a day?

your diet will be the ultimate factor as far as the type of gains you will receive.

Body weight X15=Calories needed to maintain current weight
 
I'm not gonna lie I feel u should have not used deca and dbol but fk it u already started. I've learn from the Dog is better to use test to c how u body reacts and if u get side u know which one is it
 
I just started using Pinnacle Test E myself. It is to soon to tell how good they are but I have heard nothing but good things about them. They have a website now but I will not post it hear. The one thing I really love is the fast delivery, 5-6 days. :flylicker

Yeah, lets see some stats and what your diet is like. also, go get your bloodwork done and i will bet my ass you will shit yourself and realize your diet isnt right or expectations are too high.
can you get bloodwork?
 
This is my first thought

thats probablly the most common mistake on these boards .even the most carefull guys plan out their diet and never even think about adding calories later in the cycle. if you get bigger then you need even more food and nutrients if you want to get even bigger than that.

thanks for the advice guys I realy need to fine tune my diet bc I realize thats my main problem. I know I don't eat enough and this is something that I will have to work on

You got it right there :-)

I just jacked my protein mid cycle and blew up a little. Now I'll jack my long carbs for a little more fullness.

Diet is 85% of this whether ON or OFF.
