Pinning in the Chest

Ok so I did a search and found out some info on pinning in the chest also looked at spotinjections.com

Where exactly can I pin without hitting anything major and does it matter if I am using a 1.5 inch needle?

I don't know how big your chest is so I'm not sure about the 1.5 needle. I'm assuming you don't want to puncture a lung.

I've read and applied the following: Place you hand from the alternate side of your body flat on your chest with your pinky finger on your nipple, you may pin where the tip of your index finger lies.

Now this is just kind of a simple and unprofessional rule of thumb, but it worked for me. However, I was using 1/2" insuling needles (IGF-mfg). From my knowlegde, Ive been told not to go more than an inch into your chest (Surely if you have a chest like Big Ron it wouldn't matter, but that isn't normally the case). As long as you aspirate I do not see any veins or arteries being and issue. Especially if you're only goin 1/2". Be sure to inject very slowly, bc I'm sure lumps on the chest would be a bitch.

I get a little discomfort from thigh shots [virgin muscle] cant imagine what it would be like in chest,

You can cut a cap so that the pin is only 5/8".

i hit pecks with a 1" pin and wouldnt go any higher then that.

when i pin i go approx 2" above the nipple.

i slept thru anatomy in highschool, but i would think there is bone blocking anything to important to get pierced by a 1.5 inch needle..

There isn't. You have the ribs...which would block it....but inbetween the ribs you have the intercostal muscles which are paper thin. The lung is the concern...not the heart or anything else.

Just pick a spot and poke. Don't go to near the collar bone or you will shear through the brachial artery.

True to an extent however brew composition plays a role. I inject a 200mg/ml prop with no pain in EO.

I've slin pinned the chest a few times and its been hit or miss with Prop when it comes to pain. Id definately massage it real well after the injections.

Test 400 and EQ 250mg/ml

I've done some reading and I think I'll save the chest pin for another cycle thanks for all the advice guys

whats the fear of peck injections?

it cant really be the puntured lung thing.

i could see the fear of infection in that region, but is there anything else?
