I've been busting my ass in the gym but my diet is still a work in progess. I've made serious gains in strength and endurance. The scale doesn't necessarily reflect it but my waistline is down about 3 inches and shirts and jeans are getting tight and loose in the right places. I'm currently 42 yrs, 5'11" and 230lbs, I train 5 days a week for about 1 1/2-2 hrs weights and cardio. Anyway, I know I only have about 3 months of consistency under my belt and a lot more weight to redistribute but I completely under estimated my bmi. I figured around 20%, to my suprise I am 27%. I don't see it in the mirror?, but I'm sure it's right.
You guys and girls with 10-12% or less are completely amazing and I now realize how much commitment you really put forward...that shit ain't easy. So props to you...I'm a want to be!!!!!!!!!!!!
